I get them every year from work. I got the flu from a patient the one year that I DIDN'T get it, and believe me, you don't want it... Skydiving isn't scary;...but clowns...CLOWNS are scary!

Where the hell does it say that in the constitution? uh, that airplane you're getting on is a private plane, owned by a corporation. They have agreed with the powers that be that there will be searches done as needed. That's why a cop couldn't just walk up to you on the street and have you out of your shoes and go through your bags without cause, but the TSA can. You don't have to fly on it, but if you want to, you have to play by their rules. EL Al airlines does it differently in israel, they say, "you not flying", you say "why not??", they say, "because we said so"...end of discussion. I think we have it pretty good, even if it is a hassle compared to the "old" days. Skydiving isn't scary;...but clowns...CLOWNS are scary! -

Actually, once inside the building first we look for naked hotties, if not then we kinda lounge around on peoples couches and snack on their goodies. Then we smear soot on our faces and walk out acting all exhausted. the fire just kinda burns itself out, but don't tell anyone. Skydiving isn't scary;...but clowns...CLOWNS are scary!

That is a look that takes years to get right, we have a couple of guys who have only been in the fire service for a few years and they still look like kids playing dress up riding down the road, not saying that they are not good frefighters, just that they don't have the look yet Yeah, the damn kids just can't swagger can they??? hell, I'll say it, the reason why we do this for a living isn't to help our fellow man...it's cuz chicks dig it! this press pic's a few years old..... yeah, been a firefighter/Paramedic since god was a kid and an instructor for all kinds of that firey/rescuey kinds of stuff (sound like I knows my stuff huh????!!!) Skydiving isn't scary;...but clowns...CLOWNS are scary!

Been involved in simulations and drills as well as the real thing on more than a few occasions. You should be tagged with a card saying what you injuries/symptoms are. Just play it up and don't help out by magically hopping onto a stretcher or other things like that. Let the people responding do it like they'd really have to in real life....have fun with it too!!!!! BTW....the agent they are simulating releasing is the plague. I'm not sure what type of scenario they're envisioning, but potentially 75% of you are going to die from it...have a nice day Skydiving isn't scary;...but clowns...CLOWNS are scary!

I've been a Firefighter/medic for 20 years....It's like any other job, some days are good ones, some days just plain suck. If it's what you truly want to do, then do it....if it's kind of just an idea that maybe you'd like to investigate a little further, then go slowly. The money isn't bad, but you'll never get rich. I make a lot of money, but I also live in the highest cost of living area in the country, so it balances out... be glad to answer any questions...just email me....Firdiver@dropzone Skydiving isn't scary;...but clowns...CLOWNS are scary!

____________________________________ but essentially, you're saying you could jump out of a jet at 400 - 500 mph and survive, as long as you waited for your speed to slow down before pulling. Actually, a high speed ejection scenario has the pilot strapped into the seat with a great deal of containment, and even then legs are known to be fractures, lost, etc from the aircraft. I think if you went out the door at those speeds in a freefall configuration you'd be pretty much a torso with some raggedy looking head/limb parts stuck to it. An airliner close to stall speed would be a different story though.... Skydiving isn't scary;...but clowns...CLOWNS are scary!

Take a look at Kawasaki Vulcans. If you want a cruiser, it looks like a harley, sounds like a harley, but doesn't ride like a wheelbarrow on a washboard and doesn't need to have a mechanic follow in a pickup to make sure you make it home.... Skydiving isn't scary;...but clowns...CLOWNS are scary!
