I have found that coming out of an "end of the world" situation really makes you aware of how things are in your life. You experience reality much better, because you are a lot more aware of the things that are RIGHT in your life. You can't experience the ups without the downs. Exactly what he said. Except, I am really bad at the whole canopy thing (accuracy) but the more canopy stuff I do, the more I enjoy it. I also am looking forward to buying a zp canopy! I demo'd one at the Empuria Christmas boogie, and WOW what fun! I got such a rush from flying it! I love freefall loads though! xx www.sneale-create.com

So why oh why do I get cramps! I have had them in freefall a few times too and they don't hurt as bad as they do on the ground! If you see me at a DZ, chances are, I'll be eating a banana or carrying a bottle of water around that I drink from all day. Still get the damn cramps! As far as your leg still hurting is concerned.... it's probably just lactic acid build up (like when you excercise a lot after a lay off and your muscles get sore). I get lactic acid from bad cramps (but those are normally the ones that wake me up in the middle of the night). www.sneale-create.com

Contacts or glasses to jump?

have only jumped with my glasses once, when I lost a lense in a drunken stupor the night before. I bought special goggles to go over them and was really scared of losing them. Contact lenses are the way to go! You can get daily disposable ones and they are so soft you don't feel them I wear the hard ones and use Sorz goggles and have never had a problem. www.sneale-create.com -
No, it's not just you! I have come back from this one feeling surprisingly positive and satisfied. I am aching to jump again though. Twas loads of fun, but it's also good to engineer your "real" life (the one that pays for the skydiving) so that it's enjoyable too. That's what I am working on this year.. xx www.sneale-create.com

I have to say the New Year's party is one of the best I have ever had! This was a great holiday, I could party if I wanted to.... but also be in bed by 8 if I wanted to.... I did a bit of both. I have never seen or experienced wind quite like it... our bunkhouse got the door pulled off by the wind (the door was closed!) and the last couple of days were completely winded out. Just as well actually... we all needed to recover from the festive new years' party! back to work now. www.sneale-create.com

After a day of wind holds, we are back on a 400 jump limit and hopefully it will come back down again. Rai, Gavin and I are one jump away from 100, 200, 200 respectively, which is going to be a 10 (ish) way with lots of camera on it... keeping fingers crossed for weather... and yes, it´s bloody cold! pssfish, I am taking care of pathmd for you and she can´t wait to see you! xxxxxxxx www.sneale-create.com
