    I have been cutting down for the last two months, have cut out my first cigarette of the day (first thing in the morning with a cuppa tea). I now have my first cigarette either at lunch time or after work. My quitting date is almost on me and I am a bit scared, and will probably be looking for support from you guys soon. I had a thought today after seeing a man in a cancer hospital who had had a trachectomy (sp) breathing through his neck. Maybe it is a good thing for people who want to stop smoking to do some volunteer work in a cancer hospital and see all of this stuff first hand!     Ask yourself one question.. if you stop now, will you regret it for the rest of your life? Skydiving is an expensive sport and you are learning something new all the time, doesn't matter if it takes you aaaages to get through AFF, some people learn faster than others. (I personally learn quite slowly). Trying different instructors is a very good idea and doing tunnel time is a very very good idea. Don't focus on how long it's taking you and how badly you're doing... just chill out and enjoy the ride! If you are hating it, then don't bother spending the time or the money... if you are loving it, keep at it, you'll get there eventually! xx Sarah www.sneale-create.com

    GO AND SEE A DOCTOR NOW!!! I don't understand why people wait and see if it's gonna get worse. I don't think you can do anything for a broken rib, as in you can't get a cast or anything, but get yourself xrayed, the bones might be in a funny position etc etc. Just get it looked at! www.sneale-create.com

    Sorry, I can't give you one from here, but yes, I am pretty good, especially since I just completed an intro course on Thai Massage! I know the feeling about needing one too! My neck and shoulders are killing me from all the work I've been doing the last couple of days and the gym just isn't doing it for me at the moment! www.sneale-create.com

    It's YOUR 100th, you can do whatever you want on it, but in some parts of the world, it's tradition to do it naked! I can highly recommend it, as it was a great feeling... I actually did an 8 way for my 100th, as it was March last year and quite cold here. I did a naked jump for my birthday in September to commemorate my 100th and will be doing one again at some stage this year to commemorate my 200th (which was in winter too). Do what you want, but at some stage... I can recommend doing a naked jump, it feels GREAT! xxx www.sneale-create.com

    Sadly, I don't have a couch, only one room, or I'd be happy to. Sorry mate. You really don't want to have to travel from Luton to London and then back in that direction again though. You are probably better off trying to find somewhere to lay your head in the Bedfordshire area. Why don't you try posting something on the tunnel forums? Hope this helps.     I voted "every skydiver should wear one" but I really feel that it's personal choice. I wear mine 'cos it reminds me of my gear that I have waiting at home to be jumped. It reminds me of falling through the sky and makes me smile when I am feeling a bit down. It's also a great way of spotting a skydiver who you don't know and striking up a conversation. I understand that there are some people who just don't like them and people who don't wear them but the people who don't like them shouldn't knock people who do. xx REGAN, please accept my apology if it looked like I was having a go... errr, also, if the vote goes WITH the closing pin necklace, would you wear one? www.sneale-create.com
