I'm already with you Dave. Lost 20 pounds in the last 12 months so far. Up to about 8 hours a week, spread across four days, split, in the Gymn. Weights. Just added an 30 minute cardio bout every morning, weights usually in the evenings. I like the way I look, but truly, what I'm really grooving on? All the really cool energy. Good vibes. Yeah, i kind of thought about that after I jumped to answer Val. I agree, it'd be kind of cool. However, don't you think, that places like here, kinda perform that for you? I mean, it's a place for us to be serious, work on skydiving, play, work on growing friendships, and have some crushes, that sometimes develop into something, sometimes not. Over time, we learn tons about the people we meet, whether we actively engage them in conversation or not! I'm probably not speaking for all the guys on this site, but many, when I say I learned real early in the game that I like skydiving women. I learned that here. They have more guts (like a strong girl), depth (hate shallow minded peeps), intelligence, warmth, humor, and all out good qualities than many women I meet. V cool in my book. Hate the idea. The thing that sucks most about dating, from a guy that hasn't done it in 20 years... At the least you can make good friends, however, most people are so freaking in a hurry to find Mr/Mrs right, they don't take the time to get to know people fully as friends. The resume idea bypasses the whole taking the time in my book. I don't want to open my book up for someone the moment they meet me. They get a chapter at a time, as they earn it. Result? Well, I think, the result should be good friendships at the least. Whether it turns into something or not shouldn't be forced or hurried. Seems like everyones in a HUGE hurry to hook up. This is nothing to mess with. Intervention is required and required as soon as it can be initiated. I lost a sister in law some years ago. A wonderful, loving, beautiful, sweet person. She starved herself to death. She'd of never gotten away with it here (home, St. Louis), but she was in Chicago, away from everyone, and by the time they got to her, it was too late. One of the most heartbreaking moments of my life. I wish I could've seen her. I loved her tons. She was truly an angel. The fact that we couldn't help her, that it was too late?
