I was more wondering less about freefly stuff and exactly what you elaborated on, thank you. My theory is if I don't go over it on the ground, I don't do it in the tunnel without a prebrief in the chamber or something. I know Ari and I would have a hard time doing that and I would get so frustrated even though I could fly, I just couldn't understand. That is my big pet peeve. Thanks for the advice. I should get out to z-hills and jump with you. I had discussed this with Vinny but maybe you could come along too! Ari and I in our tunnel suits and you guys on your belly?!?!?!?! I know before I had a good "tunnel bod" (not looking but in shape for long flights) it was a half hour in one day but I never had the opportunity to fly more. The sessions were 2 min in 2 min out for the hour. I was sore the next day but not as bad as I thought. I had a few hours at that point but it wasn't much. Where are you doing your tunnel time? The tunnel rats there will be able to help you out. Take a video or note of what your flying/problems are/is like. They will definately go over all you need to know to practice heading control in the tunnel. You'll be surprised how hard it can be. I was a laugh at your state i the game when i was in the tunnel. One of my mom's friends forwarded this to her and she passed it on to me. Thought I would share, I got a good laugh! THE ADVENTURE BEGINS: Two Irishmen walk into a pet shop in Dingle. They head to the bird section and Gerry says to Paddy, "Dat's dem." The owner comes over and asks if he can help them. "Yeah, we'll take four of dem dere little budgies in dat cage up dere,"says Gerry. The owner puts the budgies in a paper bag. Paddy and Gerry pay for the birds, leave the shop and get into Gerry's truck to drive to the top of the Connor Pass. At the Connor Pass, Gerry looks down at the 1000' foot drop and says "Dis looks like a grand place." He takes two birds out of the bag, puts them on his shoulders and jumps off the cliff. Paddy watches as Gerry falls all the way to the bottom, killing himself stone dead. Looking down at the remains of his best pal, Paddy shakes his head and says "Fook dat. Dis budgie jumping is too fook'n dangerous for me!" THERE'S MORE Moment's later, Seamus arrives up at Connor Pass. He's been to the pet shop too and walks up to the edge of the cliff carrying another paper bag in one hand and a shotgun in the other. "Hi, Paddy. Watch dis," Seamus says. He takes a parrot from the bag and throws himself over the edge of the cliff. Paddy watches as half way down, Seamus takes the gun and shoots the parrot. Seamus continues to plummet down and down until he hits the bottom and breaks every bone in his body. Paddy shakes his head and says "And I'm never trying dat parrotshooting either!" IT IS NOT OVER YET Paddy is just getting over the shock of losing two friends when Sean Og appears. He's also been to the pet shop and is carrying a paper bag out of which he pulls a chicken. Sean Og then hurls himself off the cliff and disappears down and down until he hits a rock and breaks his spine. Once more Paddy shakes his head. "Fook dat, lads. I know, I'm being a pain in the ass but since I'm in the forum all day long...please people, let's follow the rules. I can't take another "Who Wants To Share Time?" thread. I have to work my ass off to share all kinds of tunnel time (probably more than most of you) and you don't see me posting about availability. Its in the rules that those kind of posts belong in the classifides or the want adds. I would assume posting that you want tunnel time would be the same as sharing it therefore belongs as a wanted add in the classifieds section?? Maybe I'm totaly wrong there, it happens a lot. PER SE THE BIG MAN HH: Tunnel Camps should be posted to the Calendar. Feel free to come back here and tell us about what you learned or give a report on how the camp went. The forum is also not the place for individuals to advertise available tunnel time or open slots. Please use the Classifieds for that. Did you really like the place if all it took was a dollar raise to get you to not be there? Seems like it wasn't that great from your actions. My home DZ, SGC (1hr 25 min away) raised their price $2 and I still went because that is home and I love the people. Is $1 really worth not seeing and having all those great memories and jumps?
