I think you missed the metaphor of that the DR may have knowledge just as you have knowledge in aircraft maintence, but without the tools to complete the job then your knowledge is just wasted as was the Docs in this case. the report was that there where O2 tanks on board, the pax was denied twice when asking for them but then it is REPORTED that two tanks where empty, by who this was reported I don't know, but having someone trained int eh use of 02 (Dr/fa) I would asume that because they had to get a second that the first one was used up or empty and a second tank was called for.. either the pt died while trying to use the 2nd tank or it was also empty and of no use due to her passing.. something was diffrent or had changed. The AED presents to be an oddity, did she have a shockable rythym? hard to tell because the thing did not work or was sensing artifact from vibration of the aircraft and would not sense her true rythm, so that makes it she had a NOn shockable rythm or it was shockable and the machine did not work and that may have been due to the broken machine or artifact, we won't know unless the autopsy reveals this. You have taken great offense when someone offers an opinion or thought outside of one of your own, you have taken advice of medical professionals and pretty much told them they don't know what they are talking about because they where not there and nor where you, yet you take the side of your airline because they have checks and balances to make sure that all equipment works all the time and if that where the case then why do they hire anyone to fix anything.. I mean tanks are never empty and AEDs always work in your airline right? Well I am not an ambulance chasing lawyer, I actually work in an ambulance and see cardiac death all the time, without cardiac probelms I would not have much of a job really and unlike in your aircraft world sometimes we get o2 tanks that are empty and that really sucks, lucky for us we carry 5 tanks on board and AEDs do fail in our field on occassion as well. has the media made this sensational, yes maybe.. but some of the facts are that this passenger is dead, she was DENIED 02 per her request and that alone is non excusable.. why carry o2 on board if it's not for use? having a duty to act as the FA has and not actiing upon it is breach of duty.. if I with held o2 to a pt then I would be in serious trouble.. I just read she had a doctor on board the aircraft working on her. The way I see it, it was just her time to go. yes there was a Docotr on board and aircraft with no oxygen and a AED that apppears to be broken, so if your logic says that she could have been saved by a man with knowledge on how to fix the problem, just fix it with no tools! What kind of MD was he, podiatrist? cardiovascular? even that has some bearing on the outcome! Your logic of a Doctor on board and she still died is not proof it was her time to go. If you fix planes and and something fails inflight and you have a box of broken tools, could you save the plane? many of the citys you listed are major citys, why not some smaller towns along the way where history can be just as rich, easier to get to and sometimes better for the sole. having only lived in KC for the last 3 years I have seen alot that it has to offer and you can find a rich history to take in as well. The liberty memorial, steamboat arabia, great BBQ if you are a nascar fan we have the new raceway and will have a tunnel within 2 years at the shliterbahn water park. a kid who lived down the street from me got busted for stealing money from the mail he was supposed to deliver. he, his brother and father all worked for the post office. he and his brother got tired of delivering the circulars on Wed's and started stashing the things in thier fathers garage attic since all three of them lived within a block of the father it was easy to do this.. then they progressed into stealing money and stuff from mail. These guys never once trashed the evidence but stored it all in the dads garage attic.. well walmart employees where wondering why the circulars where not getting out to thier houses and said something to the management of walmart and then that made the postoffice inspectors desk and then the investigation got these guys. They went to jail, dad although did not steal anything was fired and lost his retirement because his property was used in the crime and they found that he could have known what was going on and did not want to report his sons. www.greenboxphotography.com

Wow! Billvon come on, you really think that all gun nuts are like that? I own alot of firearms (guns) as I am a hunter and while carrying a firearm I have no feelings or Aura of protection or want or have a desire to be dirty harry. I actually have in my mind proper firearm management and take great pride in the fact that I am a responsible gun owner, maybe it's just that I have respect for others taught to me by my parents and the hunters safety course people. I had tried Sally's in the past and they proved to be just as much of a pain as my last attempts with these last people. I also tried to donate to a place called The Beacon, they are a non for profit church group that has a thrift store.. My house burned years ago and the beacon came to me and gave me household items for my new home. these things where used pots and pans, some curtians and other such items. Well after I got back up on my feet I decided to give back to the beacon since they had been so kind to me and when I tried to redonate items given to me plus a few extra new items they only wanted the new items and not the ones that they had given to me even though I no longer needed them. So we got a new kitchen table and chairs, what to do with the old set? To be good people we decide to give it to charity, so today on my only free day wich is not at all free on time now I decide to make a donation. First stop is the thrift store that all profits go to no kill animal shelters since we support the shelter alot. They did not have room and would not take it! off to stop #2 a church thrift store.. almost same story except they only take donations on Fridays when I am in school all day. #3rd stop and running out of time and energy on this project and the battered women thrift store was gald to accept the set up. Now I don't know alot about business, but if I am making all my money thru donation and someone wanted to give me a nice table and chair set up that would inturn support thier effort i would make room for the items somewhere.. but hey thats just my logical thought process.. when my wife and I build our home i want to put in a urinal in my bathroom, she say's NO because they smell. ask about TPO surgery, they split the hip into three places and add plates to get things straight. may not work for your case and then again it may. One of our dogs started out as a pound rescue and cost 15$ she now just a little over 10k in vet bills and 3 years old. This quote from the police officer is a bit concerning, is he considering all of his tools equal or on the same level. I am reading it as so per his remarks.. same force as other weapons the force uses, he does not include firearms but he does not exclude them either. I am all for alot of tools and less leathal is great and I firmly believe that some people are true threats to life and can understand and advocate the actually shooting of a true threat with a firearm. However we we lump these tools as equal then we get numbed to the power and may use lack of clear judgement and misuse will arise as it all ready has seem to have been doing across the country. With the onset of this offers mental thoughts on all is the same it won't be long before he shoots someone and justifys it because in his own mind for some minor reason.. oh there was a school bus two blocks down the road and the guy took off running, I feard for the children that where possibly in the bus so I shot this person. I work in EMS wich is pretty low pay, but right now I am a full time student with NO pay really to speak of. I also do some rigging on occasion but I give all the money I make off that to animal shelters, so I guess thats pretty much why I am broke right now. But the way I see it is that dogs can't work and they need food and if I can only help a few that are at shelters then the I am good with skipping a meal here and there. www.greenboxphotography.com

ahh but wait until you have crazy dreams and you talk with those dreams and then think about what it will be like if you are at work and asleep having crazy dreams and talking! One of my coworkers talks in his sleep and has crazy dreams all the time. since we share a bunk room it is funny and the next day/week we all get a good laugh at his expense!
