I always miss the good stuff... I have always preferred real. The size really does not matter as long as they are proportionate to a woman's frame. One woman I dated had fairly small breasts and she was always talking about it. I loved them but I couldn't convince her that hers were perfect and she ended up getting an augmentation. I took her to get it done (her money) and at the end of that week she decided she "didn't know what she was looking for" and we were no longer dating. We remained friends but I learned that she really had problems with self esteem.

Nope. I may be skinny but I'm fit. I get blood drawn every year for a health program at work and so far I've been happy with the results.

Would "in home" care be an option for them? I worked at a very upscale retirement community through college and then for the corporate office after graduating. Part of our services involved home care nursing and CNAs. Just a thought. Good luck. I've seen how hard it can be for the families over the years working there.

They are illegal at most, if not all, lakes in this area and the river is way too busy for it, but it does look fun. Don't know if I'd risk it though. Falling on the water is rough at higher speeds, add some vertical distance from the water and that can and has turned out really bad.
