I was bored one day and wanted to mess with a particular person and while I was loading a new program to their PC I told them if they move the mouse in circles around the screen it makes the program initially load a little faster. To my suprise the person believed me

Here's one. Reset a user's password because they forgot it. Called them up said "your password is _ you should be good to go." Calls me back "it's not working" verified the password and decided to go pay her a visit to see what the problem was. She was putting in underscore.

I little off the subject (sorta), but I am adding users that are located in the Phillipines taking some of our overflow calls and can't help to snicker at some of these names: Ulynimpa Dimabuyu, Jinky Salucop etc.... Anyways, back to work I know....

I hear ya there. I fixed a problem for someone the other day and they were just so happy because apparently it had been that way for quite a while. They said they put a call in about it months ago but we never actually received it. So now I get people stopping me left and right when trying to get to my original destination. Then sometimes I forget what I originally came for. That is until I get back to the office. Luckily our call center is right around the block..

I like when I'm called away to our call center (where I just was) and they really need to get these new reps up and working on the system. I hurry over there and get the lovely "OH it's working now". Sorry, I tried to call you and tell you. Me: "The reason I get back to you guys so quickly is because I get PAGED every time I get a voicemail, leave a message!!!!" By the way when I got back my caller ID didn't show any calls from the call center..

-When you leave a message for IT help don't give your name or a number to reach you by we memorized what all 3,000 employees sound like and where to reach them at any given time. -After leaving an emergency page on an IT pager immediatly leave your desk and hide somewhere so no on knows where your at or how to get a hold of you, we love playing hide 'n seek.

Fat Tire is the best!!! Brought four cases of it home with me last time I went to CO. You can't get it east of the Mississippi so I get my friends to bring it when they come back home to visit. I'm jealous

Hope your dog's doing better. I just talked to my sister who is a vet tech and she said they have seen some severe reactions to Bio-spot. You probably already did this but in case you didn't she said to definitely give the dog a bath. We use Top Spot on our dogs and it seems to work very well. It sucks when something happens to your babies. I have an english mastiff that got spooked by fireworks and ran of into a 2000 acre park. Finally found him after 1 week but I was worthless until we found him.

Past me with one police car behind him, two more eventually joined. Was almost involved 'cause the guy behind me was being a jackass and cut over real quick while I was trying to get to the right. It was on I-275 which runs through Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. It made me think how amazingly self-centerd people are because no-one really tried to get out of the way of the cops that were trying to join the persuit so they had to weave in and out of cars. They shouldn't have to do that, in my opinion people need to get out of the way!! Anyway, I think they let him go because it was during rush hour and who knows what this guy would do to get away. I caught back up to them (the police) right when they were duing a U-turn right before the Ohio border which is a bridge with no shoulders. I'm sure they'll eventually get him, especially if they had video. Just glad no innocents got hurt.

From Cincinnati, OH to Leadville, CO in about 22 hours. It's about 1800 miles and my friend and I left at midnight, got there at ten pm the next night. We were just so excited we were going we said fuck it, lets just keep drivin'. Drove in a jeep with the top off the whole way, helped keep us awake. I got a pretty bad sun burn though.

Close, I didn't even give it a second thought. But then, I'm in an office with only one other person and we can't see each other's screens. I don't even think it would matter if we could. The door also squeeks when opened so it gives me about 5 seconds.
