Been thinking about taking the boat down there to listen. The crowd that gathers on the river behind Riverbend is always quite some fun.

Try Leadville, CO. It may be pushing it on the 24 hours driving mark though. It's about 21-22 hours drive for me and I am in Cincinnati, OH. It is an old boomtown and it is the highest incorporated city in the US. There are a couple of the highest mountains in North America there too. I had two pins like that in my fifth metacarple (sp?). One of them got really loose as the bone would heal and eventually I could spin it around and pull it in and out a little. It was really kind of wierd. When the Dr. took them out it didn't really hurt it just felt like a little pressure and not much pain. You can feel it slide out of your bone which is a really strange feeling. -
These are my boys. The black one (Bear) is a Flat Cloat Retriever. He is super smart and the friendliest dog I have ever come across. The other one (Angus) is an English Mastiff I adopted who was abused by his previous owner. He is very protective of his family and very weary of people he doesn't know too well. He's also my avatar. The third pic is one of him that was published in a calander.

I feel your pain. My Wrangler's engine just threw a rod. I just bought it off lease in March. So I bought a new engine and am going to sell it. Now I'm driving an Expedition. Two car payments suck!!! Hence the reason for the number 2 still sitting up there after jump numbers.

Happy Birthday!! I'll be 30 Saturday and I was supposed to finally make a few jumps and try to make some progress but the engine in my jeep died yesterday. There goes the jump money.

They've also got a live cd out called "stand by your van" that is very very good. I vote it as their best.

That's a really hard one. I'd say just telling her that you are there for her if she needs someone to cry to or talk to is probably plenty in that situation. Just listen. Sorry to hear about that.

History channel is awesome. I also LOVE discovery wings. I had to buy the next higher sattelite package just to get it and don't even watch half the extra channels I get.

Agree 100%. I started to get things done last week when it started to get semi-nice. Then winter came back and said I don't think so. That's Ohio for ya.....
