Yeah, JohnMitchell likes to sometimes take his copy to work so all those Air Traffic Controllers can read Parachutist on their breaks.

I haven't gotten mine yet either. JohnMitchell didn't get his either. (They usually come on the same day in the same mailbox. weird) I DID get my new Skydiving magazine today though! Nice article about the Thailand boogie we just got back from! Congrats grannyinthesky! Can't wait to read the article!

Before it gets gentle or rough you might need an A license and be suited up properly. Don't get in too big of a rush.

Maybe you shouldn't have put the whole bottle of mustard on your hotdog. Just a little of it at a time won't hurt you. You have to live a little!

OH PLEASE! Even if it is so . . . It's not like they were COOKING the sardines - I mean - I'm sure with the owners and the instructors present, they wouldn't have let them jump if they were VISIBLY under the influence. Possibly they should start doing random sardine testing at that facility.

I used to hate mustard. Then during my 3rd or 4th pregnancy (I forget which exactly) my tastes changed and I love all kinds now. Mustard! MMMMM!

We are able to have friends now. We didn't used to be able to make friends with each other. So isn't that an improvement? I don't see the adds. Probably a good thing.

Well at least they landed in Montana.... close enough The brewery was just a teeny, tiny speck on the horizon when I landed. If we'd been on the east coast we would have been in another state!

I was in on the "unofficial" wedding jump into the brewery last year. Didn't make the brewery though! Landed about 2 miles away (great spot!) through fields and tall grass and over fences and ditches and streams... Missed the wedding. I think I'll skip the brewery jumps from now on. It's just not what it's cracked up to be.

Yes, it is spring. Check the calendar. I agree that it's a weird spring! We don't usually get snow in the winter much less the spring. Hopefully we'll get a good summer now. We're due one! Sending warm thoughts your way! All our snow has melted now but it's still really cold!

I hate to tell you but this is spring, not winter. It's just unfortunate that this has been a really cold spring. It just seems like it's still winter. She should be able to get back up in the air soon. We'll see you out there next weekend DangerRoo! Keep a positive attitude! I'm betting on horse #6 on Friday.

My new suit is not that kind of shiny. You know how I hate to make those rubber suits! This one is a taffeta plaid (black, grey, red) with metallic silver threads running through it here and there to give it a sparkle. I also put a couple metallic silver stripes down the booties to tie it all in. It's different. I don't think I'd ever seen a plaid suit before so I had to try it out.

All weekend it's been either snowing, sleeting, raining, windy, hailing or sunny. Sometimes all at once. It's really weird weather. Not good for skydiving at any rate. Stayed home and made me a new suit. It's shiny! Maybe next week I'll be able to wear it.
