Is it possible to consensually cheat on someone? I mean, if they know about it then it's not cheating, is it? (Yes, I'm just being difficult.) Two things I won't ever allow myself to do to a woman nonconsensually: 1. Hit her. 2. Cheat on her. If for any reason I do either of these, it's over. Whatever got us to that point we're obviously way beyond repair. She deserves better. You were the one who took his rig? I remember how upset he was and was absolutely insistent that someone stole it and how he'd wanted to "get 'em." I tried to calm him down some and get him to at least entertain the idea it was just a misunderstanding and someone just grabbed the wrong rig. I think I even tried some humor, "Dude, of all the rigs here, why would they take yours or single you out?" Isn't there video somewhere of him singing and playing the guitar one night? Did you feel the speed increase typical of a downplane, or did you chop before it fully evolved into one? And if so, how did you "know" it was turning into one? I did not feel the speed increase nor did I know it was turning into a downplane. All I cared about at the time was that the canopy had clean air and lower likelihood of entangling with the reserve when it left. No. I know what I did, how stupid it was, how lucky I got. I've not tried to make excuses for what I did or why I did it, only explain what happened.
