1) Refusal to give proper ID? Turn them over to the police for indentification. They may have outstanding warrants. 2) Homeless person? Rather than "treat them and street them" offer them some assistance once to help them by getting them a job, detoxxed, etc. If they fail, they only get minimal basic care. Evaluate on a set schedule how effective the rehabilitation program is and adjust accordingly or eliminate government funding altogether. Just realized I didn't really answer the ? I do want someone who's strong and independent but I still want someone who wants me and isn't afraid to show it and realizes we choose to be together, we don't "have" to be. This is not to be confused with someone who thinks they need me because they really don't nor do I "need" them. Not one single thing one does can't be done by someone(s) or something(s) else. I respectfully disagree. That's years of patriarchal conditioning talking (all of us have been touched by it.) So, its OK to be strong and independent, as long as we're doing it "quietly" ... Have you ever noticed how a confident, independent, business savvy man is deemed as being successful? Attach those same attributes to a woman and she becomes a "frigid bitch". This just shows yet another failure of the TSA. EVERYONE entering a security zone should be screened equally. If their job requires certain tools and/or weapons, verify they only have what they're permitted to. TSA needs to do their job. If they think someone is truly a threat, turn them over to the properly trained authorities vs. attempting badly to interrogate them as they have no real authority to do so if the matter does not involve a restricted item or suspicion of a restricted item. Then we'd try to come up with another compromise. I'd probably volunteer to leave the plane providing they were willing to compensate me (free flight, refund, etc.) for the inconvenience. This of course would also be verified before I left the plane. I understand they have to deal with the passenger with irrational fears. OMG!!! How horrible. Experienced jumpers helping younger ones for free. How dare they pay it skyward... People forget this is not just boogie. It's a fundraiser as well to help educate future jumpers. If there was $$$ left over, if probably went to that effort. I'm not talking $$$ right now. I'm talking going against medical advice and then suing and winning later. On the $$$ side, how do you propose providing health care in such away that those that can't afford it still get it but treat it is a privilege, not an entitlement and therefore don't or can't do things like use hospitals and ER's for standard or basic preventative care? First off... I love your writing style. I am shaking my head at this. Figure out how to do this and you'll be a gazillionaire. Further, you will have brought about world peace and a new world of international and domestic tranquility. It's all in knowing what you know and what you don't know. Ask me a general skydiving question and I can probably answer it. Ask me a computer question and I can probably give you my professional opinion. Ask me a car repair question and most likely get a puzzled look. It doesn't mean that with eventually with enough trial and error, and google research I couldn't repair a car, but it's really not very efficient for me to do so (unless it's just an enjoyable hobby) nor should I give advice to others. Give the patient what they need, not what they want. Try to explain it to them why you are doing what you're doing and make them understand. If they just don't get it or refuse to tell them to speak to your supervisor. This only works if they have a backbone though. This is the double edge sword of being an "all powerful" doctor. Rather than having to "fight the system" they just have to fight one person. Key phrases: "We have standard procedures we follow. I'm not allowed to deviate." "I'll be more tha happy to let you discuss it with my manager."

Still an issue with IE8. Most IE8 errors only crash the active window, this still takes the whole browser session out. If the underline can't be turned off, can the whole spell check just be totally disabled or give users the option to disable spellcheck if they choose? This is where the health insurance company oversight comes in to play and is a balance as that directly effects their profits. If they think one health organization over examines people and orders unnecessary tests, they can switch to another or threaten to.
