MarkM, I bought a two person (politically correct here) tent that fits on the back of a pickup truck. The wind would just about have to blow the truck away before the tent goes...it keeps me off the ground and away from all the crawly creatures...That is the best I could do and it was only the cost of a motel room for one night...Btw, i can't remember ever going to a DZ where you couldn't camp overnight. I guess there are some but I just haven't been to one yet. TripleF Geez, I didn't even say "BOOBIES"

Speed Racer, I have a small knife and tried this recipe using it...it didn't work the way I wanted it to so I used a bigger knife...and the results were kinda' confusing...wait...maybe it was meant to confuse me...lol. All I can say is that if you try this, use a GREAT BIG KNIFE TIP...(It works best if you can find a machete cause there is NO END to the tip)...lol. FFF

Jt, Barwonheads, about 1 1/2 hours S.W. from Melbourne and Bridgewaters, about 2 1/2 hours N.W. from Melbourne...Bridgewaters is a good little DZ with a 182 and good people...Barwonheads is larger, has a helicopter sometimes and overall is a good place...except sometimes, like last weekend, there was some "industrial haze" (no one ever jumps through clouds...we know no one would do that)...it's on the coast too, so ya' can see the water pretty good (except for when the "haze" is present.) TripleF

L & B ROCK...I got my pro trac over three years ago...and only changed the batteries once in all that time...I did, however, have a small problem with the battery cover cracking...and L&B replaced it, along with new springs, batteries and all kinds of little goodies...it worked so well that it is now in the ear of someone else...(yeah, I gave it to my lady) and she loves it, too...
