Could be a very fancy door, not just a lexan door probably. I remember at Skydive Texel they have the Caravan with a pilot controlled door, VERY nice aircraft!! Iwan

Saskia, Why did you decide to go with the D70? Did you already have a Nikon SLR system before? I thought you were all "standardized" on Canon? From what I heard there is no straightforward way of using it in freefall, unless you open it up and void the warranty... From the specs it sounded like a nice camera, but from what I read here... The unions have weight restrictions and all that, there is only so much weight they are allowed to handle in a certain amount of time.. They probably go over quota when they whip it out

I jumped the Let at Paracentrum Texel (Skydive Texel) and in Hinton in the UK. I think both places had the Let flying with two pilots. (or at least two people in the front) Iwan

Yes, you need to practise your tracking. Ha ha.. Flying circles in the tunnel, or just hit the wall head first all the time? Better find yourself a good helmet. I haven't made up my mind yet about tunnel time.. maybe Iwan -
