Where do these ideas come from, I mean, I like to experiment as much as the next person, but I could never envisage looking at an Oreo an thinking I wonder what you'd taste like fried, What is it, stir fried, deep fried, or pan fried I'd say cudos to the person who thinks of these new gastronomical delights, it's the way modern cooking advances. When I was 36 I went to Spain for a holiday an never returned home. Found love, got married, Struggled with a new language, I'm now 53 I've got two houses an last year bought a bar and restaurant for the wife. Oh well that burst my bubble, As I understand it to work with layers I'd have to use some thing like Photoshop which I very rarely use an much less understand, The results came from playing with the Histogram on the program that came with the camera.
