You go to a restaurante that on the menu has calamar a la romana would you expect a heavy fish n chip like batter or a light tempura batter?. Ok, my argument is that if I order fresh calamar a la romana an it comes in a heavy batter then it probably is'nt fresh but frozen. I would think you could have someone add the rest of the Clone Trooper gear to one of THESE. They come to my restaurante which is in the middle of nowhere, It's pure countryside I offer meals from yesteryear, the game meals are served in mud baked bowls just like they eat from in the last centuary, these fucking townies just don't understand. who in thier right mind would serve wild boar, pheasant, or jugged hare on a gigantic plate with a poxy, measly little serving in the middle, not enought to satisfy an ant. I'm thinking of using some oil drums, one to generate the smoke and the other as the recipient for the smoke as a heat sorce I'll be using a gas fired volcanic stone BBQ, cast iron plate to hold the chips/sawdust ( I'm using Oak) Basically I have an idea how I'll build it but input from people who've done it would be great Gone fishing
