  1. Hi Dino We never went to premarital counselling or church for that matter before we were married or since. With 31 yr's of hindsight I don't think it would have made our marriage any better than it is. OTOH I think that haveing good role models to follow is very important. My Boss came from a awesome blue collar family that gave her a level head. The boss was 10 yr's younger than us but she's taught us a lot based on what she learned at home. In the US 50% of marriages fail due to $$$ issues If you want a high maintenance trophy for a partner (show dog, party animal) thats what you'll get. I wanted a go dog and thats what I got. I know we'll get to continue to grow older together, no matter how many more lbs, grey hair, health issues etc. We Lucked out.
  2. "The mouse that roared" (peter sellers movie) I hope R.I.P.
  3. Well, since you asked... And mom and dad just celebrated 34 years in May. 34 yr's congrats Wait a minute we're going on 32 yr's. That means We're old. But we're happy
  4. Everyone has neighbors some are just worse than others. We don't get along with our neighbor's either. the most effective solution we've found is to keep a stiff upper lip and Kill them with kindness. Everytime we see them we wave and say hello. It piss's them off enough that they've asked us to stop. Any other stuff that happens with the neighbor's that against the law we let the police handle it. Not surprised to hear that challenging neighbers are a international problem. For more info you can do a search in DZ. Enjoy R.I.P.
  5. I'm wondering if the situation in Iraq in hind site isn't going to end up as a big training camp for the bad guys. OBL had some training camps but now the bad guy's have had 3 yrs of experience in IED making, ambush's import export etc. R.I.P.
  6. Hi Mark I'm thinking the FAA alao levies aairport tax here in the US for the airport trust fund, That money is used to improve all different sizes airports in the US including the same airports that are asking DZ's/skydivers to leave. It's a free country so You could drive north to canada and fly from there and avoid the airport tax in the US. "It's easier to get forgiveness than permission" You tax $$$ at work in the US. BTW the UN has expenses also so there isn't going to be 100% of french funds collected going to AIDS patients. I sure would like to help Bill Gates administer his charity foundation. 1% admin costs would be big $$$ in my world. R.i.P. R.I.P.

  13. Hi Mark we keep hearing this crap about the 150k "coalition" troops There used to be a ratio of 10 G.I.s in a support role for every G.I. on the front line. Now our friends like Brown & root and other Merc's excuse me contractors are doing some of the support duties. So the question is of the 150k G.I.s in the sand pile how many are REMF's and support people? 10% ? I'm sure it's classified info but anyone got a WAG? The russians in afghanistan? I just can't figure out how the freedom fighters got hold of all the hi tech stinger things that were able to shoot down the russian planes & choppers. Lucky for us the cold war is over. We need all the help we can get, if our russian friends want in to help us in our nation building efforts in Iraq more power to em.
  14. Hey what you complaining about. The gov't is watching out for us. Haven't you heard about their latest success story The Florida 7 Lucky for us the home grown terrorists got stopped before they learned how to find their way out of a paper sack Now all we have to do is pay their lawyer fee's times 7, so they can go home. we're in big trouble if anyone rt, left, middle, belives this crap. Pass the collection plate and lets pray. R.I.P. R.I.P.

  18. I'm a guy and used to have the same problem all those skydiving women & DZO's hit on me. It's part of the DZ culture instead of a gender issue. Even when I didn't want their help the women wanted to carry my gear, sit next to me, jump with me, invite me to their car. I could be wrong maybe it's just my magnetic personality. But the free coaching was nice OTOH some DZO's run a tight ship and keep the fun jumpers away from their gravy train. There's enough tandems coming thru the door every day that a lot of DZ's aren't concerned about retention. There's also a lot of us sweet young things that enjoy the special attention at the DZ and getting on the fast track. And thats a fact jack, irregardless of gender or beer R.I.P.
  19. I wonder if Bill gates is to busy giving away Warren Buffets money to contact the dude. The message isn't very origional except for the Yahoo connection. see the spam alert forum for all the Yahoo e mail addresses
  20. Have you tried tracking the guy thru the DZO's i the PI? If you got the serial numbers of the gear it might be traceable AFAIK not that many jumpers in the PI. Anyone know some jumpers in the PI that can help peckerhead get his stolen gear back?
  21. Hi K Stop that shit your confusing the issue with the facts. In case the NSA is listening I like GW, I would vote for GW if he would run again for pres I support GW's decisions as long as the supreme's agree with them. R.I.P.
  22. You mean like JFK and his little bro Bobbie. Back in the day the media just turned a blind eye on this stuff now everything is fair game. At least we can thank slick willy for a ice breaker "Do you think a BJ is sex" Rush Limpdick "do as i say not as i do" why? because i can afford to hire the dream team. R.I.P. R.I.P.
  23. Hi cam From what I've read in the media GW got some legal opinions from his lawyers that gave him the go ahead for the gitmo crap. This gives GW a back door to blame his "good faith decision" on incorrect legal advice In hindsight the gov't acknowledged the decision to put japanese americans in concentration camps after pearl harbor was wrong. I'm going to guess that in the future a lot of GW's decisions on the treatment of prisioners at gitmo will also be found to be against the law. IMO this isn't about politics it's about the law, human rights etc. R.I.P. Vet 66-70
