Top hit from Georgia Bombing https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eric_Rudolph Isn't Nantahala pretty close to where you live? edit: this one is more current and more on topic. About your age, so showing that it isn't just the young radicals: http://www.rawstory.com/2015/03/georgia-patriot-reportedly-planted-pipe-bombs-in-park-to-sow-fear-of-muslims/

"In fact, some say you can almost taste the bush"

I guess she could have sniffed it, and said... -
They also pay quite a high VAT (18% on many items), which is the largest source of federal tax revenue. Second is taxes on mineral extraction -- oil companies being the majority of that. Some interesting differences in tax structure vs. US seems to be that the great majority (like 90%) of corporate tax goes to the regions, rather than to the feds. The only local taxes seems to be land/real estate taxes. So, no "state sales tax" helps decrease the pain of VAT. All in all a regressive tax structure.

Just roll it over.

Hey Democrats. Do you think your primary vote matters?
headoverheels replied to rushmc's topic in Speakers Corner
By the time my state has the primary, the result is usually already set. My vote in the general election will never matter. -
The entire ad is annoying. Not sure who would buy a tire at a dealer except in an emergency, but I'm not their target audience.

As the old chestnut goes, dog bites man isn't a story; man bites dog is. When cover-ups stop, so will much of the action that gets covered up.

I can get Fiorina's 3-pages down to one: 1. How much did you make last year? 2. Send it in. Yeah, first heard that 40+ years ago and it was old then.

The "other side" is obvious. People doing their job. Should be pretty easy to find.

He will likely send you this link http://uscode.house.gov/download/releasepoints/us/pl/114/73/pdf_usc26@114-73.zip which is a .zip file that expands to the Title 26 - Internal Revenue Code pdf document, which is 6457 pages in length.

Also, it wasn't until the Cypres came out that AADs could be trusted NOT to fire when they shouldn't, and thus were shunned for big way RW.

The link you posted seems to show all cases of someone being killed by a cop. Do you think that all of those show problems? I doubt it.
-
Your comments make it clear that you are part of the problem. Not in the way that cops that actively cover for bad actions by other cops are the problem, but your head in the sand denial of bad actions by cops doesn't help anyone, except bad cops. I'm sure there must not be any bad high school teachers either, despite arrests for attacking students, supplying them drugs, having sex with minor students, etc. And there really weren't any priests molesting boys -- just look at all the good things that priests do and what they have to put up with.
-
A quick random glance at 5-6 of those didn't turn up any that were obviously "a problem."

Well, about 6 years later (2013), Carson advocates a minimum of 10 years jail and revocation of medical license for those committing such fraud. Just not for his friend.
-
http://www.nbcnews.com/politics/2016-election/carson-stands-best-friend-who-committed-health-care-fraud-n462196 Odd that Carson, while defending his friend, does not seem to even condemn the actions. "He's one of my closest if not my closest friend. We became friends about a decade ago. We found that, you know, our value systems were almost identical."

Just shows that pretty much every candidate has at least something upon which I agree with them.

Yes, but it should have 60 stars, and only has 57.

I cannot tell whether you are saying that make you knowledgeable, or whether you are stating your obvious bias.
