    In that case, if you can see the back side of the stone you can drop some weak hyrdrochloric acid on it and it should fizz. Alternatively, a pocket knife should scratch it, if it's jasper, the pocket knife won't scratch it

    Congrats man! I was training for a marathon the end of october. Got up to 15 miles and then the knees started screaming "NOOO, NOOO, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD NOOOOO" Had to back off the training and screwed the schedule. I'm hoping to make the Tucson marathon in Jan.     Something comes along to make your day OH so much better I got an invitation today to have lunch with Dr. Jack Schmitt next week!!! I am STOKED!!!
