Didn't check the entire thread so apologies if this is a repeat - I love history and have been reading "The Fatal Shore" It's about the first load of convicts sent to Oz by england and how the managed to eek by and gradually make Australia. Bit of a hard read at first but it gradually sucks you in. Gave me a much greater appreciation for what we as humans are capable of when faced with real adversity - even percieved adversity. Don't do much good when you got no cartilidge left in your knees. I agree those are great. I loved my squats too. I think for most people though - pilates is the way to go. No weights needed, no gym needed really and the potential to injure yourself is much less. Any exercise is better than nothing though. Does my heart good to see so many people here passionate about staying fit. Now drop and give me 20. Jump Scars remind us that the past is real

I disagree aggie... Abs each and every day, the more the merrier. Did that for many years and never had any problems. Getting back to it and I gotta say - love my sit-ups in the morning! Jump Edit to add - if you are REALLY serious about your core strength, balance and flexibility - try Pilates.....my god....never had a work out like that before. Scars remind us that the past is real

Dear Santa, I swear I have been good. I will admit some bad thoughts have crossed my mind a few times this year but I didn't act on them. Instead I did my part to spread the love and worked towards world peace. Yesterday I even gave my BigMac to the guy in the subway that wears the drafty pants even though I was very hungry. I have been sooo good this year. I hope you can find the time to deliver my christmas gift. I'll even cover the local orphanges for you if that'll help save time and speed delivery.
