From my experience - they no longer teach: How to use a ruler. How many seconds are in a minute. Fractions and anything remotely relating to fractions. Basic English - things such as sentence structure, subject/verb agreement. Spelling. Oh the list goes on... Scars remind us that the past is real -

Hi Steven, I use a closing loop made of spectra 725 finger trap about 10" in the center of it! Try that and let me know! Cheers, A guppy cord! Someone showed me one a few months ago but it was too big to fit through the cypres. I'll try to make a smaller one and see how that works. Scars remind us that the past is real

Because Sigma Reserve pins were regularly being bent in the field, by riggers closing containers too tight. riggerlee took the words right out of my mouth. And if you bend that pin now, you've done some work!! Scars remind us that the past is real

well...yeah. we spent about two hours talking about ignimbrites, rheomorphic flows - basically all about stuff that flies out of a volcano... So there was attraction and bond? or no? eh - we just talking rocks and it's nice to see women in the sciences (especially good looking ones!) Besides, I'm going back to NC and she's got a job in seattle. So just rocks.

Got checked out on the Ion Microprobe last week and had it to myself all day today. Got some amazing data from experiments I ran on a whim with stuff from the scrap heap in the lab. Gonna take awhile to sort through it all and analyze it - but at least one talk and a paper coming. Next week I get to move to the big machine - WOOHOO!!! And to top it off - got asked out for drinks by the cutest little volcanologist Oh man - it doesn't get much better. Scars remind us that the past is real

The seats in the c5m cockpit don't look very comfortable. Kinda resemble the stradle bench seats in the PAC or Otter. Scars remind us that the past is real

I read the whole way through just to see if Harry and Ginny got together for good. When Harry started walking to meet voldemort to die and passed by ginny under his invisibility cloak, I threw the book across the room and stomped around. rule number one is DON'T TWEEZE IT OUT. That causes the little darling to squeeze spit into you which isn't good. But since you have broken rule number one - The alcohol trick works, however, prefered method is to heat a needle tip and stick it to their butts and they back right out. If the head is stuck in you, go to the doctor asap. I can develop into a very nasty infection. Scars remind us that the past is real
