With no regard to what, Mark? Due process? Believe me, I'm all about due process. But at some point the line gets crossed to where the rules of engagement become "lethality first". This was such an instance. Yep. The due process ball was in his court. He could have surrendered at any point and received way more due process than he gave any of his victims.

I think the seismic "signature" of a nuclear detonation is different than a chemical explosion. Also, they would have to haul dynamite in the thousands of tons. gasp! so THAT'S what a "kiloton" is. Doh! This might help you a little. Easy instructions with very few big words. -

Well, a Danratheresque defense could be used by the reporter who might then say that, to some folks, it would not be totally inconceivable that she would say such an idiotic thing. So we could mark the Feinstein "quote" down as "true" ...just on GP. (But it really does sound more like something Boxer would say, anyway.) -

I think the point of the thread really has nothing to do with the content, i.e, Venker's opinions with regard to feminism. She is a reasonably well-known anti-feminist writer and the niece of Phyllis Schlafly. She is an opinion contributor to Fox and to the Huffington Post (among others). I think that Bill's post was only to point out that Fox has the audacity to publish her opinions, thereby somehow revealing their (Fox's) conservative bias in news reporting. Sort of like how CNN employs that wackadoodle, Michael Kimmel, to discredit her, revealing their liberal bias. -

I'm going with Budweiser. They've been pretty lame the past couple of years but I look for them to make a strong comeback this year. It's just their time. Coke looks like they could put up a good battle but they're coming under fire from the PC crowd. If they don't cave it may be a close match. Bud by 3.
