  6. True, but I personally don't relate to Palin as someone similar to myself. I probably relate more to Obama and Biden, though I don't really relate to any of the candidates on that level. Their lives all seem to be vastly different from my own. So when she uses her "one of us" line, I just assume she's talking to someone other than me. Which is fine; I'm obviously not the vote she's looking for. I'd really be interested to hear more about how you relate to Obama and Biden out of curiosity. Personally I relate the most to McCain due to him being a veteran. www.FourWheelerHB.com
  7. On the contrary...you did actually. www.FourWheelerHB.com

  10. That has become the key to politics in America. Set the standard so low that when you occasionally do not fuck up it seems like a miracle, and everyone wants to celebrate. This is what bugs me. The fact is that there are smart candidates out there. But what so many people want is someone who isn't too smart. Because that would make them an "elitist." People are so overly obsessed with the candidate being folksy & someone you'd want to have a beer with, that what you sometimes get are candidates who are just at the bare minimum intelligence level for the job. In order to get elected, you have to cater to anti-intellectualism. I think the mistake you're making is equating joe-six pack with being anti-intellectual. To say Palin is stupid is ridiculous considering she went from PTA member to Governor in 10 years. People see a person who is one of them as someone who understands who the people are. We see it in all walks of life. We will always have a special bond with someone who is like us whether they're another skydiver, rider, veteran, or law school grad. That being said, I will agree Palin is not well informed. However, that can be fixed and likely will be IF she decides, win or lose, she wants to goto or remain in Washington D.C. Besides look at where we are today as a country. We can point blame at Bush, the republicans, or the dems all we want but the fact of the matter is the intellectual elite got us where we are today. AND that is nothing for THEM to brag about. I can now admit Palin is not ready to be President but I feel the same way about Obama. I do hope Palin learns from the entire experience, hits the books, and returns years later with the intent of fixing Washington because Washington has let us down. www.FourWheelerHB.com
  11. Hahah way to go Bob! www.FourWheelerHB.com
  12. 20. You know that's one hell of a compliment that you think any of my arguments are intelligent. But yeah there's is no point in arguing this anymore. The level of denial here is astounding. www.FourWheelerHB.com
  21. Stick your head in the sand all you want.... www.FourWheelerHB.com
  22. So when someone points out your candidate is corrupt you want us to assume they are all corrupt? What happened to being less ignorant and more informed? www.FourWheelerHB.com
  23. That's just it. It wasn't Michelle Obama's activity. Barrack was directly involved. While McCain demonstrates apathy or a lapse in judgement when he took on Gramm as an advisor, he was not involved with the corrupt act. That being said, after McCain's 30 years in the Senate shouldn't you being able to come up with a more compelling argument that McCain is corrupt? www.FourWheelerHB.com
  24. So rather than dispute my accusations the Obamas are corrupt you justify it by pointing out a McCain advisor is corrupt? www.FourWheelerHB.com
