    Although I am no longer, I once was very much involved in the marijuana lifestyle. The term "Gateway drug" is pure political BS. I have never seen any friend or associate turn to "stronger" stuff because of their pot habit. It never gets to the point where pot simply stops working. It just doesn't happen.     I agree and disagree. First of all stretching was never intended as a performance enhancing warm up routine. It intention is to minimize injuries. Stretching too much before a workout is a bad thing. Not stretching at all or just doing dynamic stretching can likely result in injury. Especially an injury which stretching is utilized to reduce....muscle cramps, pulls, and tears as well as ligament damage. Shin splints and stress fractures are a result of a lack of use not a lack of a warm up routine. Also the study was done on a demographic that typically does not require a warm up to prevent injury. www.FourWheelerHB.com

In light of the current economic situation and the likelyhood I may be unemployed for an undetermined amount of time, I have dialed back my spending until which time I feel more confident with the nation's economy as well as my own employment status.     It's an private outdoor range (not mine) on 30 or so acres. All set up for whatever you want to do. Multiple ranges. Competetion every 2nd Sun. Lots of LEO types and just amatuers. Way laid back.
