    CA requires additional testing as well as a certification process which costs the manufacturers dough. Much in the same way CA treats auto parts. Walther may not have the desire to pay to sell in the CA market. I experienced the same thing when I wanted the XD45 with the silver slide.     I think its a VERY clear signal to Pakistan and their Taliban supporters. If you cant eliminate the threat to peace and stability to your neighbor.. Afghanistan.. then we will.     That doesn't matter. Once registered it's recorder for life and we will then have data on EVERY individual's alcohol usage and combine that with miles driven per year we will then have excellent foresight into those who are most likely to drink and drive. www.FourWheelerHB.com
