Yeah I'm not sure where they got the balls to request funding come from the counter terrorism budget. Maybe because the capsules aren't just for Air Force officers. Fortunately Congress denied them funding so the Air Force has to pay for it themselves. www.FourWheelerHB.com

I do smoke and started smoking to control my stress levels when I had a job that could kill me at any moment. Now it's an addiction and is getting the better of me. I've managed to cut down to a half a pack a day but that's where I'm stalling. Every time I try to quit I feel like I'm going to strangle someone. What I need is a couple months in the mountains by myself to deal with it without causing any harm to others. It does not bother me that I repulse you because I smoke. www.FourWheelerHB.com

You are absolutely right. The standard of living in the USAF is much higher than in other branches. They, without a doubt, have the best of everything. I didn't say there wasn't a connection. The money comes from the same pool. Big deal. That has nothing to do with the conversation between Amazon and I. These USAF generals were not part of the MRAP program. The difficulties of getting the MRAPs to the middle east were not due to money. Thanks to Congress denying the program funding, the money for the capsules will now come out of the USAF annual budget. The capsules played no part in the difficulties of up armor or MRAPs getting to our soldiers and Marines. So what's your point? www.FourWheelerHB.com

Yeah you're right. Since everybody's doing it then it must be right. Personally I judge people based on their character and how they treat others. NOT their diet or exercise routine. That's nonsense. You might not get the full picture but you'll certainly notice important information. Like the individual is a fat bastard for example. Still, not that I've any problem with people who are overweight. Very obese people, yes, because that's just taking the piss. Further to that, in America the poor people tend to be fatter than the less poor people. Essentially through only being able to afford crap food. And that's a damn shame. lol fair point. I'm not saying obese people have legitimate excuses. If you see a lgroup of young teenage males with their pants around their arses wearing red bandanas and hooded tops walking in a limping gait towards you are you telling me you don't think anything different than if they were a group of suit wearing men? I'm actually predisposed to being overweight. My metabolism is messed up from being an athlete my whole life and incidently my body has broken down for the same reason so I can't live the same active lifestyle I'm used to. I'm not fat (anymore) mind you but I really have to make an effort and fortunately circumstances are allowing that right now. But now I wake up every morning, look at a bottle of ibuprofin, and decide if the pain is enough to poison my body that day. It's an amusing thought that if I decide one day it's not worth the amount of pain then I'll be considered disgusting and repulsive by many here. www.FourWheelerHB.com

I have actually encountered lots of gun owners who have no idea that it's a good idea to check the chamber before handing their weapon to me. Also when they are handling it the barrel's all over the place making me uncomfortable even though it's an unloaded weapon. Gun safety should be a mandatory class in middle school or at the very least high school. www.FourWheelerHB.com

And they are doing that but it takes time. Now if the top logistics brass decided to put a comfort capsule on a c-17 slated for Baghdad instead of a MRAP simply because a couple generals were on board then we'd have a something to complain about.
