  1. No. They got enough stress before the first WS opening. But put more pressure on that on the debrief. They should practice that after the first jump.
  2. You are really funny. I got a Phantom2. One friend of mine also can fit in. Her exit weight is ~75kg, mine is 110 Kg. What can be wing load in case of a wing suit? She flies like a leaf and I cruse like a missile. Well, imagine a flock of Blades with slim to normal guys. I can try to fly my Phantom2, she goes with a Stealth (I got a Stealth also). Who can make the formation and fly with it if they don't "fly the American" way? I can catch them for sure and sink below due to the slow forward speed, she can't catch and floating up and behind. OK, this might sound a bit arrogant, but I already regret having given the first comment on your post because now I need to answer another of your posts. To your phantom comparison: If she flies like a leave and you like a missile and therefore you can not flock together, you both need some practice in WS flying, it has nothing (or very little) to do with the wing load. Check out the results of base races. Feather weights like Ludo are always in the first places. The winner of the Norwegian Base race was Frode, he has about the same hight as Ludo and weights probably 1.5 times as much. To your Phantom vs. Stealth comparison, these are different suits as you know... Thank you for your lesson, Sir! No further answer is needed.
  3. Got ahead and jump a certified helmet. You might get the nickname of Lord Helmet .

  5. Quite many Bird-Man suits are still flown. Can you do something about that too?
  6. Would you also list IntrudAir also? Thank you!
  7. When can that be ordered? Aprox? No name needed.
  8. This is so far what makes me want a Vigil, They both have the same qualifying speed for firing (35ms) but open at 256m (840ft) instead of 225m (750ft) Flaws in my idea?? It should not matter for you what AAD you have. You suppose to be under canopy by 1000 feet.
  9. If your ears are closed why to bother asking advices? Any specific reason for jumping a alpha/cobalt? Are you just looking for trouble? I pack both of mine with slider on the stops, nose pushed in the middle of the pack job, slider over the nose and the top-skin rolled nicely tight. What kind of lines do you have on that? How many jumps on the lines-set?
  10. Did I advocate any flying carpet? I do tell the guy about "upsize" that there is a price of a range... I do fly big wings, because the flock I fly with is not the range of me and my P2. You can do you part. Be the first coming out with a WL recommendation for WS!
  11. Do you know what is the difference between gynaecologist and an (art-)critic ?
  12. I'm aware of it. I have 200+ flights on Stealth. But if I get enough sleep....
  13. What about a size and class of suit between Phantom 2 and V4? There was at least one other request for something bigger than P2, same style of suit but more surface just at our DZ. Oh, Ghost2?
  14. Other than you remove it in 10 minutes?
  15. Big suits for low-timers are all the rage these days. Big suits give big dicks to people with low skills...everyone knows this. 3 tailstrikes this year, god knows how many we haven't heard about, and how many close calls there have been. How can you stop people buying the suit of their life? I feel sad about the death of Ghost2. There is nothing in its class from Phoenix-Fly. My friend of mine is most likely going to but a Ghost3 after some jumps on a Firebird. How can you stop the trend of skinny guys buying the suit with the biggest surface? I fly X these day, but I'm in size X.
  16. I have seen someone flying a P2 and a Shadow like that. She is in my "frame", but about 70kg exit weight.
  17. Wow, I didn't catch that. Good on you. That is way above his experience level. He should be looking for a more appropriate canopy. Its not the real answer, but a trivial solution for his problem.
  18. Is there connection between the "fly like a leaf" and low WL/to big wings? Or is that just over-correction?
  19. You should have no business with an Alpha/Cobalt with 54 jumps...
  20. I reserve does not fly like anything you suspect. Low cfm material has similar porosity than ZP. It flies like ZP, it flares like ZP.
  21. I have tried the practice golf ball. I sat on it and it was flat....
  22. FYI: any canopy which can be loaded WL 1.2 is high performance.
  23. FYI: garmin foretrex 401 has a barometric altimeter. Still: no.no, NO
  24. I used to have a garmin foretrex 301. No, no, no and NO. Why don't you jump with an umbrella or a backpack instead of a skydiving rig? Than get an _altimeter_.
  25. It's a flexible cable right? Is there a damage on the cable? Than what is the problem here?
