I think Thomas' main thrust was about respecting other humans. I for one cant find any fault in it. Hey, if someone wants to "walk around in a marijuana stupor" I dont care. Just dont be a nuisance or a danger to your fellow humans. If you get high at the DZ, you are potentially doing both. If your DZ is like a bad B movie, I dont want to go there

Very well said, Thomas. I for one, am a recovering Alcoholic and as such I dont partake of alcohol or any drugs. I do not judge others or tell them how they should live. That said, I would probably be pretty bummed out if everyone started blowing bones at the DZ because I would then have to find a drug free DZ somewhere else. People need to respect the people they jump with and while you may think that it interferes with your peace of mind if I DONT want you firing up that doobie in front of me, I submit to you that it messes with MY peace of mind worse because for me, drugs and alcohol are a serious threat to my life and happiness. Waiting till you get home to fire up isnt a threat to anyone. Do whatever you like in the comfort of your own home. I will still call you friend and jump with you. Like I said, I do not judge. Please dont force me to deal with it at the DZ. Cheers, Chris

I also do a lot of bodybuilding. I've just purchased new gear and the factors I considered were not just what I currently weigh, but also what I expect to weigh 6 months or a year or more from now. Most folks are relatively static but I am working hard to build mass (not fat) As my muscle mass grows so will my weight (duh). My bank account however, isnt going to keep up so I wanted something that will still be good for me as I increase my weight. While my main, a sabre2 210 might be a bit big for me now, in a year I expect it to be much more appropriate considering my weight and experience, both of which (I hope) will have grown. I dont plan to downsize my main, I'm UPsizing my body Do consider getting a good wingy jumpsuit though. If you are like me, you fall like a block of lead. Cheers, Chris

Dont need a rigger for that :-) Its currently ONLY available for RWS containers. I believe they hold the patent so while it MAY be licensed to other manufacturers down the road, that would be at the discretion of RWS. Its not availble on other gear as of right now. As of right now, if you want a skyhook, you have to buy a new Vector 3 M-Series or Micron (or Sigma if you want a REALLY big rig!) I believe it can be retrofit on older Vector 3's and maybe on some older Vector II containers but I dont know it for a fact about the Vector II's

My apologies if my info was wrong. I got it from here http://www.pisa.co.za/sport/products/default.asp?id=6&menuid=02.04.02 This link I got out of a thread called: "Does anyone have any first hand experice with a PISA Teardrop Container??" Found it in the gear and rigging forum. The link above seems to bear this out. The "teardrop" on the PISA site looks like the same container found on the Thomas site. Did Thomas Sports buy the design from PISA?

Bought my new gear through TSO-Deland. Great prices and wonderful service. Cant say enough about it. I highly recommend them http://www.tso-d.com/ About the Teardrop, it looks like it aint manufactured any longer. It was a product of PISA which was absorbed by Aerodyne. Aerodyne has kept producing some of the PISA products but discontinued many. I cant find any mention of the Teardrop on Aerodynes site so I expect its gone the way of the Dodo bird

How could any man deal with more than one woman and come out of it sane? I do believe that sufficiently large doses of overly emotional, illogical reasoning can and will eventually damage the brain of a man. How could any man WANT this? This isnt to say its strange to want SEX with more than 1 woman but thats not what we are talking about. A man would have to be insane to want this, and therefore as a non-sane type, shouldnt really be marrying even 1 woman let alone several. He should also be sterilized so as to not pass on his obviously mutated or otherwise damaged DNA via the freak woman thats ok with all this

Actually in spite of my post, I agree 100% with what you have said here. I wasnt speaking to my own personal beliefs of whats right or wrong in alternate lifestyles. What my post meant was that IF we allow one alternate lifestyle, we MUST allow the others as well. If we dont, then we are imposing our own values upon others with an uneven hand. This wouldnt be right. I'm not in support of those types of marriages. I AM, however, in support of fairness. If one kind is ok, they are all ok. The law must be applies evenly and equally to all otherwise its bullshit.

Personally, one wife is almost more than I can handle. I would NOT care to try two or more. That said, if this country is going to allow men to marry men and women to marry women, who the hell are they to say a man cant have 2 or more wives as long as all involved are consenting adults and hurt nobody else with their lifestyle. Its simply a lifestyle choice as much as any other. Which "god" in our government is taking on the responsibility of deciding which lifewtyle is ok and which one isnt?

How would one clean out the cable housing? If dust and grit can adhere to the cables they can certainly adhere to the inside of the housings as well. I would imagine that they need to be cleaned and lubed as well?

No argument from me. I'm a BSD guy myself. Solaris is a slow, mutated mish-mash of BSD and System V UNIX. Still, I wouldnt run it on Intel based hardware. Well maybe the Itanium II. Not a damn 32 bit Pentium thing though.
