  1. I’ll let the chart do the talking
  2. https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/us-politics/joe-biden-easter-bunny-white-house-afghanistan-b2060259.html Psaki, disguised as the Easter Bunny, prevents Biden from screwing up Afghanistan question.
  3. Coal could easily fill that gap.
  4. Marxism is progressive as is fascism.
  5. Bottom line, the EU has enough shale gas reserves to fully replace RUSSIAN natural gas and do so for quite some time. You are making the simple mistake of conflating Russian gas and oil with overall imports. Russian aggression in Ukraine makes that a noteworthy distinction.
  6. Only if one does not understand what it said.
  7. “The Quinnipiac poll published Wednesday showed Biden’s approval rating at 33 percent, marking a low point for the president in that poll. But his approval among Hispanic voters in the poll was even lower, at 26 percent.” https://thehill.com/news/campaign/3270204-polls-spell-trouble-for-biden-with-hispanic-voters/ Biden’s abject failure is about to put a nail in the coffin of progressivism
  8. Thread drift notwithstanding, I agree with the first half of your analysis. However, I think the Russian atrocities along with Ukrainian success on the battlefield have changed the dynamic. The Russian military is well suited to fight WW2, not the conflict it which it finds itself. As long as Ukraine is finding success on the battlefield, I don’t see a reason for them to settle for anything less that a full reclamation of their pre 2014 territory.
  9. Your “points” have a way of refuting themselves, it would be bad form to pile on.
  10. Wow, you are just flailing now. Give this a listen https://www.wsj.com/articles/a-lesson-in-energy-masochism-europe-natural-gas-russia-vladimir-putin-11646170129
  11. The EU got 40% of its natural gas from Russia in 2021. Try doing the math again. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=&ved=2ahUKEwiE_6H8kpn3AhUSmeAKHb3DD_YQFnoECAUQAw&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.weforum.org%2Fagenda%2F2022%2F03%2Feu-energy-russia-oil-gas-import%2F&usg=AOvVaw2-VD7hB40CLzFAXd5tbtxS
  12. But he wouldn’t. OPEC, US and Canada could make that up. Just because it conflicts with your world view doesn’t make it a lie.
  13. And Joe takes the Red Pill
  14. https://www.reuters.com/world/us/us-resume-oil-gas-drilling-public-land-despite-biden-campaign-pledge-2022-04-15/ “The Biden administration’s claim that it must hold these lease sales is pure fiction and a reckless failure of climate leadership,” said Randi Spivak, public lands director for the group. “It’s as if they’re ignoring the horror of firestorms, floods and megadroughts, and accepting climate catastrophes as business as usual." Biden is getting it from both sides
  15. They have more than enough to replace imported Russian gas https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shale_gas_by_country

  17. “Reality check, In 100 years”is a bit of a non sequitur don’t you think? You should re-title the thread SWAG (scientific wild ass guess)
  18. Then why does Putin still have them by the balls?
  19. Would that be when you said EVs would overtake IC vehicles in four years (now three years) or when you said China had to build more coal plants because wind and solar were more scalable and economical. Speaking of that, why doesn’t Europe just build more wind and solar and cut out Russia from the European energy market. It seems so easy.
  20. You must be as young as you act. Even then the trend is not your friend. https://www.eia.gov/todayinenergy/detail.php?id=50978
