My man, bigphil, jumps a 150. He rolls the entire nose together pretty tight (not to where the As cross but are close) and then rolls the tail to secure the canopy. Basically, he packs his canopy the same way I pack (well - he really packs) my Sabre. From what I understand, the Hornet and Sabre are very much alike. So far, our pack jobs have been fantastic except for once when his Hornet opened so fast that the risers cut the shiznit out of his neck. It is completely different. The "protect the family" is about sticking up for each other and not letting innocent people be slammed without cause. Nobody is calling for any cover-up of wrongdoings. Mofo - maybe you should do your societal research elsewhere or at least go about it differently. I don't think you are going to have too many people answering your questions because you have presented them in an open forum. Plus, skydivers are an extremely protective family and in the words of The Godfather's Michael Corleone, "Don't ever speak against the family." Your initial post came across as a personal attack against a family member rather than truly objective research. Please understand that Mike and his sons are probably reading this forum and could be deeply hurt. ..................................................................... [replyOk, then, how does it FEEL to jump naked? That was sort-of my original question, anyhoo... When I jumped naked, it was 35 degrees on the ground and it was at midnight. At 10K feet, it was so cold I thought I was going to die. But, I would not take it back for the world. It is still my favorite jump to date because we exited the plane 5 seconds before the year 2000! ..................................................................... I jumped nekkid once and it didn't hurt my boobies at all. Then again, I'm about as flat as an 8 year-old boy. What I do know, is that there is nothing pretty about jumping nekkid. If your boobs are big and real, they invert and look like cereal bowls. If your boobs are fake, they look great in freefall.
