I love to cook, but a lot of people overlook the snack foods and go for the meal recipes - so, I'll share my favorite healthy snack: Endamame - soy beans in the pod. You should be able to find this in the frozen health food section. They come in a bag. Boil water, put a few in and cook for 3 minutes. Drain and put sea salt over them. Sit in front of the boob-tube and suck the pea-shaped beans out of the pods. It's better than popcorn.
