Nobody has pointed out that iTunes4 will not convert apple music store's AAC (.mp4) to any other format (protected file if gotten from the apple store) but i do like the new green color. i worked around this with Quick Time Pro and Final Cut Pro 3 and was able to convert to any format that i wanted. just throwing this info out so that i can get some more hate mail. scotty
I hear yaaaaa dude and have those same feelings. but this is going to be a getting back to my root's year because of those feelings. skydiving for fun and not profit.
Yea rusty, every time i need a new canopy i call rusty and ask for one of the condemned canopies, $100-200 bucks and i am back in the air until it self destruct's.
In ohio there are no laws that protect employee's. i know that some people will think that i am wrong but i did experience an employer who was not happy that i was a skydiver. there angle was that they had spent allot of money on me and thought i was there property and if i died they just lost the money they spent on me. i ended up quitting after two years of harrasment by management. only to become a full time jumper so they did me a favor as far as i am concern'd. in ohio an employer can decide to not hire or fire any employee for any reason they can come up with and that is sad.
My concerns are about copy rights to the video i shot. when we get paid by some body else and we DO NOT have a written agreement then the copy right's are not fully our's. shot some thing that might be worth money and you might not be able to sell it. hard core team's that want a full time videographer should cover the video guy and always do. but ill also do slots for pick up teams because i know that allot of these folks are as poor as me and i might get some good video and 10-15 seconds of usable (for editing) video is a huge payment in it's self. i guess it come's down to what you consider money. i also like bartering for services as payment. neon skys. http://homepage.mac.com/rsnyder21016/Menu6.html
I've got some video on my site that show's this topic. the biggest concern that i've had was getting to close when back flying and my burble taking there air away but this is also a way to help close the distance with a slower falling tandem to help me stay up with them. but i do not feel that this is as dangerous as some feel?. as far as getting above or standing on a tandem's back not for me but below can get some great angles that are very hard to get unless you have a rubber neck. neonskys.
