    Thankfully, the men that I've decided to talk with are pretty mature and are definitely interested in building upon a friendship first. They seem to be fine with the approach of a slow friendship and are not into pressuring me for anything that isn't natural. That's how it is for me in real life, too. That's why these are the people who I am attracted to. The pushy men...I really don't care to know, so it doesn't matter.

    Krisanne, I don't know about you, but if I am going to date someone, I would like to be that person's friend first. The men that I am connecting with have been pretty good about understanding that part. I find it odd that the person judging me regarding this aspect is a woman. Wtf?

    Oh my god, she is so very beautiful. She reminds me a little of my late best friend (around the eye area). If you love her, tell HER. There is probably nothing more precious and beautiful in this world than falling in love with the right person.

    Ha! No photo shoot...my mom took this picture of me in her room. I actually walked around like that every day back then. I definitely had waaaay too much make-up on in my effort to look "older".

    Speaking of the 80s and 90s, since I found this photo of myself last week, I'll be the first to humiliate myself by posting an 80s picture of myself. Flashback to 1989, when I had 80s hair, and my idol was Robert Smith from The Cure. (I adored The Cure from the very early 80s on.) Yes, my black eyeliner was thick (good lord!), and my hair was BIG. Ok, your turn, everyone else. Please share your 80s and 90s pictures, especially your 80s pics because those are the best (funniest)!
