  1. Thanks, Gia. Since I woke up very sick, yesterday, and Bethany is also not 100%, we will be needing all the luck that we can get! Love to you, lil' G!

  3. Geez Betsy, you gave me that uneasy feeling when I read the title! whew ] Me too! I was freaking out...thankfully, it's just a birthday thread! Have a wonderful, happy birthday, Scott! Betsy, you have a wonderful day, as well. Much love to you, both!
  4. That weekend, Skydive Elsinore is having a Freefly Skills Extravaganza event with a big party on Saturday night. The party has a "Soldier and Nurse" theme.
  5. i miss you, little one. Hope you feel better soon.
  6. As it seems to go every year, you suck! Val, I'm sad that you can't make it. I put myself on the list with the hopes that we could fly together...maybe some 2 on 2. Next time...
  7. Hahaha...weekday partying rocks my socks, too. I miss those nights with you, G and whomever at the Otheroom and dancing at Zanzibar! However, we always partied at bars/clubs, then winded it down before heading back to the apt. Bethany, I agree that it's extremely rude for the neighbors to party in their apt. loudly on a week night after 11pm. My ex had neighbors who moved in towards the end, who were loud on week nights when they'd return from the bars. (They didn't live there long, thankfully.) It drove me nuts, but he used to sleep through it all. There were so many times that I wanted to throw open the door and bitchslap each one of them into oblivion. Of course, I always kept my composure. Plus, I wasn't the one who paid rent there. It was my ex, who technically lived there. Good luck, Bethany, and at least, you get to be away from that next weekend!
  8. Really? I'm going to try to finally make it this Sunday!
  9. My results were the same as yours and Jello J. Balanced. You accept your emotions as normal and are not overly happy nor depressed. You are emotionally balanced and should find peace in the way you deal with life situations. Your emotions are normal and well understood. You see the light in the dark.
  10. That's exactly what I was thinking!
  11. Chris~ You're so cute! Bethany~ See you, soon! Love ya!
  12. I'm so happy that Bethany is walking...YAY! Plus, just so everyone knows...we have more than enough time still to collect more donations to raise the $2200, even after the race is over. Thank you all, and if anyone wants to keep donating, you are more than welcome to donate to either Bethany or myself. Thank you, all!
  13. For Val, Jaye and Squeak~ I wish that I had better pics. I look horrid next to James...geez. Anyway, this pic was taken towards the end of the night, so my hat was more askew, hair more messy and face shiny than I like. James was "Iceman" from Topgun. I was a little embarrassed to admit that I'd never seen that movie, especially since he wanted to surprise me with his costume. Good times!
  14. Oh my God, that's quite beautiful and fantastic. I'm blown away!
  15. I purchased a beautiful, strapless cream satin burlesque dress from the 1930s. (The dress wasn't revealing or too short...everything was covered.) I had it slighly altered, put cream satin straps on it, and I added boots, panty hose, fuller undies on top of the hose (in case the dress flipped up), a choker and a pretty hat with a cream flower that I added to it. I went to a party last night as an old-fashioned circus showgirl.
  16. Yes, I think that Bigway misread what Lisamarie wrote, so his post added to the confusion. At the moment, I have $3031.00 raised, but I am not allowed to share any donations with Bethany. (I've looked into this.) Bethany needs to reach a $2200 goal, which means that she has to raise just over $1000 in a short period of time. She is flying out here, either way. I would love to have her walk with me. I sent out a Myspace bulletin last week, and I will send out another one early this week. Let's try to help her reach her donation goal or get close to it. If she has only a few hundred left, maybe she can make up the difference, or some of us can help spot her for the rest.
  17. Well, I don't know about that, my friend. Maybe we can think of another good present to send to you. Thank you, again!
  18. It's true. Squeak IS AWESOME. You didn't have to, Squeak, but thank you so much for the Tim Tams! (Yum!) The little koalas are adorable, too. PLEASE let me send you something. Let me know if there is anything from here that you would like, ok? Thank you, again! You made my week!
  19. Hey Andi, congrats! I love how you guys went in with virtually no training and still do very well!

  21. Sounds fabulous! Thanks Bets...you must be so busy! Can't wait to see tomorrow's scores...
  22. I'm sorry, JT. I had no idea what any of this was about, and I just read the other (IBAD?) thread. I don't read almost any threads here at all, anymore. I understand now that there is some kind of problem, perhaps that I was unaware of when I read your thread. I thought that you wanted to get banned due to work or other situations. I didn't understand, and I hope that it doesn't seem like I'm taking sides. I still don't fully understand what happened.
