Venting? My boss is a Moron! The entire time clock system goes down erasing all our unpaid hours for the past 3 weeks. She just writes me a check for 200 and tells me to "guess" my hours and turn them in. Oh, and leaving Jumping today in beautiful weather and no crowds for manifest to go to two graduation ceremonies, that sucks royally. thanks for making this thread. I feel better already!!!

Rats...... the weather got the best of that weekend, sorry gentlemen. I was all packed up and ready for a weekend. I've talked to Bryan, and as soon as i find a clear weekend i'm free, i'll gladly come up! I can't wait to meet some of you guys! Sound like a great bunch!

You have about 2,000 jumps my friend. At that sort of number, low timers, newbies, and even aspiring coaches and instructors are going to look at you in a leadership role. Even if you may not feel that an AAD is a wise purchase, wouldn't it be a good idea to set an example to people with less experience. My work is full of wuffos as well, but they are some FINE looking wuffos. We got a couple tri-delt gals who want to try doing a tandem, and that is A - OK! I got into Skydiving when a buddy in my lab group organized a couple of friends to take the class. I think everybody else just did one jump, and i got kinda hooked!

I had a former instructor who did something like this. He always hammered into students, but other than that, he didn't make a big effort to let others know he did it. Okay, Here is a scenerio that I am curious about. Lets say you fuck up. You're out skydiving, you do something retarded, and somehow, you walk away from it without anybody else noticing. Do you: A: Run back to the hangar, and tell all your buddies about how you just about killed yourself, and get a good laugh.
