    I made 190 Jumps this year - Not half bad considering I am at a Single Cessna DZ in the middle of nowhere kansas!!! =========Shaun ==========

    Something I think Everyone Should Know - I am on the phone right now with JumpShack - Nightjumper Saw the post and got in touch to work with me on the order - He will push the equipment through for DZ.comers in 4 weeks - It's 12:30 in the morning - Is there any company that can match that kind of customer service?!?!     I Definatly think that Skydiving is an extream sport - Come on - your jumping out of airplanes!!! , BUT, HOWEVER - I don't think that skydiving is considered an "Extream Sport" by the general "Extream" Population. There are a number of things that seperate us as a group from Bikers, Skateboarders, skaters, and all those other losers. I guess we just don't fit into "extream" as seen by common pop culture. =========Shaun ==========

    I don't know about that, but when I was working on getting cleared to radio students, my S&TA told me a story about a radioman in AZ that was simultaneously helping 7 or 8 students to the ground when all of a sudden one had a malfunction.     Placed my order today for my new rig!!!!! It's been over a year in the planning, but I ordered a Racer 2K3, with all the bells and whistles (Articulated, stainless, kill line, et cetera) all in Royal Blue and Silver. I've had my eye on a new Racer for a long time, I can't believe that one is being made, just for me!! Along with that is a Sabre2 - custom colors in the blue and silver, all to match helmet/rig/jumpsuit. That will only take 8 weeks at the most - But it's comming!!! I'm not trying to post-whore here, just understand that I'm really worked up about this. I'll post pics the second i get them in!! Blue Skies, =========Shaun ==========

    About 4 months ago, a girl from the Kansas State Collegian sent me an email wanting to do an article about me and skydiving for a project of hers - I met with her and answered all her questions, and eventually took her for an observer ride. Well, the article she did ran this morning on the front page of the Manhattan Mercury, here in Manhattan Kansas. Overall I thought it was a good article - Some of the quotes I gave were misinterpreted, but this is just expected. In the paper, it has a close up of me against an airplane, and another of my flying a Spectre in for a landing. I hope this helps get some people in the community interested in Skydiving, maybe prompt some folks to sign up for the first jump course. =========Shaun ==========

    Whoa Whoa Whoa - Slow down there speedo - I didn't see "Kansas" on your To-see-list!!! Whats up with that?? We got great scenery, you can see the horizion 30 miles away at any point!!     Count Me in ladies & Gentlemen. I don't know how yet, But I can tell you for sure that I will be there. I skipped out on Collegiates & the holiday boogie, I have some nickles & pennies saved up that will take me down there. Wouldn't miss it for anything - I haven't Jumped a CASA since WFFC, that's WAY too long for me, I'm going through Tailgate withdrawl. Need some excuse to go chase turbine & get some good RW in. Looking forward to meeting everyone there!! For what it counts, this will be my FIRST big boogie where I'm there to JUmp & not to pack tandems!! HEY HEY!!! =========Shaun ==========
