Shit! (pun intended) That would be awful! They should be fined heavily.

When I only had around 50 jumps or so, I did a 2-way RW dive with a friend of mine. She had probably about 150 jumps at the time. This is way back before the days of AAD's being commonly used by up-jumpers and ditters. We both should have known better but got carried away chasing each other around and took it to about 1,400ft. Pretty silly!

It's even worse. It's much further detached. Crazy stuff!

Not according to the supreme court. Yeah...but that's what they should be in my world!

How do you stop wife from snoring without harming her?
pajarito replied to cvfd1399's topic in The Bonfire
I've heard that there are different reasons for snoring. Deviated septum, nasal constriction, etc. Some might be cured by nasal strips. Others might require a mouth piece of some sort. If it's bad, she might need to see a specialist for proper treatment. I've also heard that some snoring can be associated with heart disease. -
Man...I love coffee!

It's not one or the other (Legal combatants or civilian criminals). It's neither. They are illegal combatants.

Teamwork! They'd been ganging up on ACMESkydiver for way too long anyway. -
I haven't read all of this but just had to comment on how much I like the Barrett 50cal sniper rifle. Noice!!! I know...I know...can only legally be used to destroy equipment.

Deal! The last time I was in PA was right before I got shipped off to Afghanistan in 2002. Got to see the Liberty Bell, State House, and all that. Very interesting place. It's hard as hell to order a Philly cheese steak sandwich correctly up there. They get all pissy if you don't say it right? My being originally from Alabama didn't help. -
Got it. Thanks! I wanted to see that.

I know it's rare here but I think much more is accomplished in at least understanding the other's point of view if nobody gets pissed off. Again....I know....It's a rarity here. I won't get pissed off if you won't. Deal? -

If one acts in an evil way, is it always a case of mental illness, drug abuse, or the like? I admit that some may be. My wife and her Father are both obsessive compulsive. She’s a very generous, kind, and extremely smart person (not to mention very attractive). She’s now a practicing OB/GYN physician. Her Dad, before he died, was a Radiologist. Worked for her. -

I get along better with my Mother-in-law better than I do with just about everyone else in my family. I also took her as my tandem passenger when she turned 72. Cherry Doyle Excellent! Good for you! -

It’s hard for me to look into the eyes of someone like Charles Manson on TV (I’ve never met him in person) and not think that “pure evil” doesn’t exist in the world and that it’s all a product of one’s environment. Again, that’s just my opinion. With historical figures like Adolph Hitler, Joseph Stalin, and Genghis Khan and the unfathomable atrocities that they accomplished, I can’t see as how one could not realize that evil. Of course, those are extreme examples. I’m sure some examples can in fact be attributed to one’s environment. -

Wow…I’m surprised to hear you say stuff like that, Kennedy. However, I used to think the same thing. I’ve done my share of driving under the influence and under “what I thought” was my tolerance. Luckily, I never got hurt or killed or did the same to anyone else. “If a person hasn’t done anything wrong, why go after them?” Because in the case of driving drunk, many times if you wait till the drunk did something wrong, it’s too late for the other guy and somebody dies. Not really anything corrective punishment can correct in reference to the victim.
