    I have added the Canon EF-S 10-22mm lens to my lens arsenal for my 10D & 20D Canon EF Lens 10-22mm,20mm,24mm, 28-200mm Sigma EX Lens 15mm fisheye The weight of the 10-22mm (13.6oz) is less than the 20mm (14.24 oz) lens , the length of the 10-22mm lens (3.5 in) is longer than the 20mm (2.8 in.) But the weight of my Sigma 15mm Fisheye is (13.2 oz.) length (2.5in) less weight then the 20mm & 10-22mm lens. I was looking at the Sigma 14mm EX Aspherical but with a weight of (23.04oz.) I went with the 10-22mm lens If the 10-22mm lens doesn't work well in FreeFall with the 20D I will use it on the ground with the 10D for the close up shots. www.freefall-video.com

    Hello I like to know if anyone is using the Canon 10-22mm f3.5/4.5 lens with the Canon 20D The weight of the 10-22mm is less than canon 20 mm f2.8 lenses, but the f stop is higher I like to hear any thoughts and comments good or bad Thanks for any help or advice

    Video Camera: Lens cap left on , zoom is at 100% Still Camera: One minute out , wake up Canon 20D nothing Camera will not work grrrrrrrr, get on the ground remove the lens put it back camera works for the rest of the day http://www.freefall-video.com

    Thats all I like to do is the Flying Logo's You have to know so much (modeling,lighting,surfacing,animating the scene) to be really good at it having a super fast computer helps & makes it fun for the fast or real time test renders

    If you can afford it I would get the 20D body not the 20D kit with the 18mm-55mm plastic lens, save the $100 and put it towards a canon ef 20mm lens or the sigma 15mm fisheye lens. I like my 20D so much I may have to sell the 10D and get another 20D for the ground shots just my thoughts Hey Thanks for the info about my logo@Valinda's She does do excellent work I need to make time so I can get over the Hill and have a look see for my self

    Get the 20D you won't regret it!! I have a 10D & 20D My Problems have been 10D The CF card was not pushed in all the way so I got the error 99 20D I went to wake the camera up with by taking a shot before climb out and I got nothing, when I got on the ground the display screen was blank, I thought had a dead battery but I thought I would unlock & unseat the lens, I have had the same problem with my 35mm Minolta, after I relocked the lens I had battery power in the display and I was ready to go.

    Hey lew Thanks for the comments on my helmet paint job My helemt is custom built by Michael Bess If you look real close you can see some blood on edges the ripped open helmet shell. I use manual zoom 28mm, manual mode, flash power set at 1/1 to 1/2 depending on the lighten & the distance i was away from the jumpers 10D settings I used the TV setting, 200 asa, shutter speed 200 I also use a Quantum Turbo Battery for a 1-2 second recycle time for the 550EX photo with flash http://freefall-video.com/images/5-04/imagepages/image17.htm As pointed out by Scott C. from the post below, this photo was taken on a very cloudy (dim) day Thanks Scott Your Humble Camera Guy
