I dont know who exactly did my background checks but they were all done in less than 10 days. I think the TSA did them along with the FBI check. If you find yourself in a fair fight, your tactics suck!

I dont think the boys want to spend the money of a twin turbine. Look at the F-4. I think there is only 1 private one flying. Just to much MTX to keep them flying. It was fun to watch it fly though. If you find yourself in a fair fight, your tactics suck!

I dont know. But that is what I pulled out of the line on that plane when we got it. What a shitty job and day that was. It could have been a passenger, cleaner, I dont know all I know is the ball of rubber gloves is what clogged the line for good. If you find yourself in a fair fight, your tactics suck!

From the looks of it on the video they never left the gate. But it isnt always that easy. If they are in line for takeoff, they might not have a gate open to go to. I dont know what all happened but it is not as cut and dry as "Take them to a gate". If you find yourself in a fair fight, your tactics suck!

I was at Newark last thrusday when the weather that also hit JFK hit. It was really bad. They had complete ground stops. Severe windshear, lightning, hail. The flying public dont care. They just want to go! Never mind safety. If you find yourself in a fair fight, your tactics suck!

It was JFK in the evening after a severe storm blew through. Of course there are going to be delays! You cannot control the weather. On one hand I fell sorry for these people but on the other hand I dont. Happy flying! If you find yourself in a fair fight, your tactics suck!

My little 2000 ranger just turned 136,000. Runs great. 2005 Maxima only 20,000. I baby that thing to much but I hate driving it to work because the parking lot up there is like a demolition derby. We should be getting our first one in 2009 sometime. I dont know which number it will be. We already have people scheduled with the Boeing training reps to get us up to speed a little on the thing. It should be a great plane to fly on. I will be flying out to Boeing to see #1 on the line. I got a invitation from our REP to a nice tour behind the scene. Now imagine about another 60 getting ready to call for clearance and you have Newark. I was out on the run pad this morning with one of our birds listening and it just blows me away how they keep up with that much movement. Hell just listening to "Ground" is a trip to hear. I just read the same thing. Call avionics! Diver- Wouldnt you have trouble slowing the thing down without the geard down? I know when I have flown a PA-24 the damn thing is almost impossible to slow down to with just the flaps. I dont have any jet stick exp so I have no idea how this thing flies. If the gear ECU detected the gear handle down without the gear being down, I am almost sure you would get a "Gear Misconfig" message. I dont have a EMB manual in front of me to confirm that though. I cannot wait until the FDR and CVR tapes are released. Would love to see how things were set up. I just cannot see these pilots messing up that bad. I heard there was a shortage of pilots at the regional level but damn! If you find yourself in a fair fight, your tactics suck!

When I did a gear swing on one there was about a 2-3 second delay from when the doors opened to when the gear started to come down. Like I said I dont know what the hell is going on here. It's kinda hard from those pic's to tell if that is the gear starting to come down or if those are the canoes on the bottom of the wing. If you find yourself in a fair fight, your tactics suck!
