You could have shorts on or be in a blizzard. Pick your poison. It's a great city. The folks up in Longmont are great and Boulder can be a lot of fun at night. As for food. Paris on the Platt in Denver has a great lunch menu. In Boulder I like The Rio Grande. It's a maxican joint that has some margaritas that will knock a horse over. Those are just a few suggestions from me. I fly into Denver on wednesday. I just want a nice cold Fat Tire!

WOW! The pressure must have gotten to him a bit. He mumbled through it a bit. I couldnt imagine having to do that in front of a couple million people. Not at all. Some carriers or maybe it's the flight attendents who are gun shy and abusing what the law was trying to accomplish. Most of these people should be escorted off the plane once it lands at it's destination and told to find another carrier to fly on from now on. End of story. I don't pay attention to fashion all that much but my wife does. (I hope she does since she's a fashion designer) On election night we were watching the coverage and when Michelle Obama came out my wife (who hardly ever swears) said out loud "WHAT THE FUCK". I snapped at her real quick and she looked at me and said "who ever told her that dress was OK needs to be fired NOW". Since then it seems maybe she has had some guidance on what she wears. I'm keeping a positive outlook myself. I hope he does good things. I just predict my takehome pay will decrease in the form of higher federal taxes and that is when I will get pissed. I have no idea. From the little amount of time from liftoff until splash I don't think they had time to grab the checklist. I know water ditching is not on the normal checklist. When I go back to work I will look at the QRH and see if "water ditch" is in that one. From the last pictures I just saw the leading edge slats got ripped off also. From the looks of it they were deployed when they hit the water from the looks of it. If you find yourself in a fair fight, your tactics suck!
