Joe did better in there than I did.

Damn. I saw "trouble" in the file name and thought you got Arlo to come visit too.

I get to go play in the tunnel and the mountains with flyangel2 tomorrow.

'Kay, here ya go.

Interesting, isn't it?

You're right. I haven't gotten laid in over 24 hours, dammit!!

You forget. Even though I'm drunk, I know you. -

I'd kick your ass for this but it sounds like too much effort. So I'll have another drink instead. -
Oooohhhh..... handcuffs.....

Well, in that case, STFU, ya freakin' whiner. Sorry. I'm in a mood tonight.

You tell them you want to return it and get your money back. If they refuse to let you return it and give you your money back, you drag their name through the mud.

Punctuation is for sissies.

If someone who is somewhat knowledgable but not exactly an expert in the field in question says one thing and more than one pretty much universally acknowledged experts in the field say something different, it seems to me that the likelihood that the person who is only somewhat knowlegable is right and the acknowledged experts are wrong is pretty slim. What do you think?

You got to jump with me. I can understand how everything else has been kinda blah after that. Sell your Cypres, but don't sell the rest of your gear yet. You may get a chance to jump with me again in the future; you'll be really upset if you can't because you don't have gear anymore.

First impressions of the Spectre 135 - Interesting Openings
skybytch replied to Chris-Ottawa's topic in Gear and Rigging
Actually, wing loading does not scale. While a novice with a 170 pound exit weight will likely be fine flying a 1.0 wingloading, novices with 135 pound wingloadings are better off with wingloadings of less than 1.0. Read the articles on wingloading and choosing canopies here for details. -
There is no manual available for the Fusion. There are a few people jumping them at Davis; any of them and/or one of the more experienced packers (Doc, Frank) can tell you if there is any "secret stuff" about packing them. Me too. Mike, talk to Neal and/or Doc about learning to pack - Doc did a packing class last Sunday; Neal will know when the next one is scheduled. Keith is usually in the loft during the week and on the dz on the weekends if you have questions about your gear once you get it.

A million dollars. Or an Oscar Mayer weiner.

Work that produces a paycheck. Not that I'd know anything about such things.
-
Whichever exit works best for the instructor and the aircraft you're both jumping out of is the best one.

As long as one of the participants has to go back to work, I think it qualifies.

It's only 1:15 here right now.

Star Farms Boogie - Sept 16-17, California

101 south to Paso Robles. 46 East (offramp at the north end of Paso Robles. There is a 46 West south of Paso Robles; you don't want that one) to Airport Road. Left on Airport Road. We'll have signs up along Airport Road to point the way. -
Well, it's been almost an hour now. Does that make you feel better?
