Today I got to thinking, what exactly does personal responsibility mean to me? What does it mean to others? This is exactly what I was thinking the first time I heard about Nancy Reagan advocating stem cell research. I am curious to know if she was for or against it before Ronald Reagan was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. It is interesting how some people's views on an issue can change drastically when that issue suddenly has a direct effect on them...
