Good for you!!! When I got my gym membership it came with free personal trainer time. So don't do what I did and say you just want to get into shape, cause she gave me a fairly conservative workout regimin. Next time I came in a week later I told her I need a more agressive program, which she put together and now I'm a lot happier.

They have a separate take-out area at the bar. I've seen them put the order together and the person that takes the order and the money is the one who puts it together. So hopefully she/he is the one who gets the tip, honestly when I do a credit card tip I do always wonder if the person who waited my table really gets the tip or not. Honestly though I just wanted to make sure I wasn't stiffing anyone when I got take-out from a nice restaurant. Since this seems to be a fairly new service that these places started offering in the last 2 years in this area. Fly it like you stole it!

It depends on the restaurant, at Some places it's the bar staff such as Red Robin and Bennigans. At Macaroni Grill there is a girl at the take out counter who does it. Some places I have no idea cause the hostess gives it to me. I've actually started tipping at Red Robin because I've sent them HUGE take-out orders for 10-15 people and they always get it right, put names on the boxes so there is no guessing who had tomatos and who didn't. Then they call you later to make sure everything was alright. Plus, if you get there before your order is read they will give you a free soda or tea while you wait. Maybe I should start a post called I love Red Robin. From the look of the poll it's pretty much divided down the middle on which to do. Fly it like you stole it!

Hmm...none of the places I order from charge a take-out fee or a delivery fee. I'd quit going there if they did especially since there are so many in the area who don't. I'm also sure depending where you live will depend on which places mess the order up and which ones don't, like I said Bennigans is the worst one in my area.

Ok, so when i go out to eat or order in I normally tip really well, but I'm kind of stuck on if I should tip or not for take-out. I'm not talking McDonalds or anything like that, I'm talking about places like Macaroni Grill, T.G.I. Fridays, Red Robin, ect.... This is where you call ahead, place your order, 15-30 minutes later show up, pay, and leave. Now all of the above places actually have great take-out services and Red Robin will even call you later that night to make sure you dinner was good and that you got everything you ordered. So I'm really torn cause it's not like I sat at a table and they served me, but they always do a really good job when it comes to take out. FYI...Bennigans does a really crappy job when it comes to take-out. Fly it like you stole it!

At the DZ I learned at if you were a student you didn't have to pay for the pack job, but if you lost the handles you had to pay for them. The only student cutaway I saw was an extremely hard opening where there were broken lines and torn main canopy. Student didn't have to pay for anything since he kept his handles. I used to have flat spin problems, but they were caused by the rig being too big and slipping to one side or the other while in freefall. My AFF-I would always joke that she would watch me start my turn by twitching my shoulders one way and when I got back around to center I'd twitch them the other way to stop the turn. I agree with indyz, that if you have a question people will answer it. The reason that you may have been told to do a search is because there is so much useful information in past threads that no one post can contain it all. Especially highly charged subjects like RSLs, where people don't have the time to type up there side of the story over and over again. So when looking for specific information and have done a search and can't fine it, say you did a search and couldn't find the information. It doesn't matter if you have 1 jump or 1,000 no one will think less of you for asking a questions, it's just common curtesy to do a search first. FYI...I'm on other forums for biking and rock climbing and they are way more touchy about people asking the same questions over topics that have been done before. Fly it like you stole it! -
They don't come with D-bag and pilot chute like other have said, but even if they did it would still be better to use your own. Your D-bags was made to fit in your main pack tray, a Javalin D-bag does not fit very well in a Mirage, just like a Wings doesn't fit very will into an infinity. This could cause the flaps not to close correctly and increases your risk of having a malfunction. Fly it like you stole it!

Don't worry mama, you will start figuring out how to work with the casts. I broke my wrist snowboarding 2 years ago and in no time I was using the cast as leverage when shifting the in the car something to hang hangers off tons of different things I'm sure my Dr. wouldn't have approved of. Just think how easy it is to wack someone upside the head now. As for the shaving....well it was December in CO.....So I did it like a Boulderite and when natural. Fly it like you stole it!

$400 for 3 years paid in full. Access to all of their local facilities and no extra charge for yoga, pilates, or spinning like a lot of other gyms in the area charge. Also, no surprise end of the contract renewals, you have 30 days to re-sign up or your account is closed and you have to pay all joining fees. Fly it like you stole it!

Have you been engaged or married before and aren't now??

Here are some articles on brain maturity and how society has changed the development of young adults. http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A52687-2005Jan31.html http://www.groupsrv.com/science/about74352.html Final one but I can't find an active link just a cached one: I don't want to grow up ... Notions of when true adulthood begins are shifting By MARTHA IRVINE, Associated Press CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (AP) -- Sunshine filters through the window into her bedroom -- a cosy upstairs hideaway with light yellow walls and a blue floral comforter covering a twin bed. It is quiet, even peaceful -- maybe too much so for the young woman who resides here. "It's a pretty, little room. But you kind of lose your identity in it. It's not really mine," Amy Powell says, surveying the few belongings that are hers -- a laptop, a few framed photos and a weathered notebook filled with the names and addresses of the many employers she's contacted for a job. To say that this is not what she'd imagined is a bit of an understatement: she is 22 years old, a recent college graduate, working as a waitress, living in her parents' suburban home -- and, as she puts it, still waiting to become a "real adult." A weak economy has left many college grads and young professionals in a similar predicament, slowing their march to independence from the folks at home. But experts who track human development will tell you: the financial downturn is only the most recent factor pushing the start of adulthood later and later. Gone is the notion that adulthood officially started at 18, when one typically graduated from high school -- or even 21, the modern-day age limit for drinking alcohol. Now many experts simply consider those markers along the way. A University of Chicago survey released earlier this year, found that most Americans think adulthood begins at age 26. "It's not like one day you wake up and you're an adult. It's much more gradual," says developmental psychologist Jeffrey Arnett. A professor at the University of Maryland, he is writing a book on what he calls "emerging adulthood" -- the period between age 18 to 25. "The new life course has become much more spread out and flexible," Arnett says, noting the fact that many of today's young people are staying in school longer, marrying later and delaying having children. The University of Chicago survey found that most people defined getting married and having children as markers for true adulthood. But even that doesn't ring true for many twentysomethings. "I just graduated from law school, I've been in a relationship with my significant other for over seven years, and I'm buying a house -- and none of that makes me feel like a grown-up," says Daniel Gluck, a 27-year-old who lives in Honolulu. "But I'm starting to lose my hair and that's beginning to make me feel grown up pretty quickly." Some young people say their hesitation about marriage, family and home ownership comes from watching how others -- from parents to peers -- have responded to the usual trappings of adulthood. "I've had a glimpse into their lives and realize what a change those things represent," 23-year-old Lisa Mixon says of friends who got married and started families right after college. "Many of them always feel rushed, are too busy to go out with friends -- and, well, aren't happy." Now working as marketing director at Harcum College in Bryn Mawr, Pa., Mixon moved in with her parents after college while working a retail job. She has agreed to stay on for the next two years to help care for a sick parent and chip in on household duties. Fly it like you stole it! -
Have you been engaged or married before and aren't now??
skycat replied to girlygirl's topic in The Bonfire
hahaha....well to start off with it should be illeagle get married before you are 25. Around 25 you start figuring out what the hand in life you were dealt looks like, and start figuring out how you are going to play it. Married at 21 divorced at 25, no other engagements or marriages, only one other relationship that lasted more than 3 months. By 3 months I know if you annoy me or not....most people annoy me. You should try white tea, it has even more antioxidants than green tea due to the way it's processed. It also has caffeine, but it doesn't have that grassy taste that green tea has, it has a very light sweet flavor. A black rig will be easier to resell down the road, but you may want to re-think the black jumpsuit since you live in FL it gets mighty hot there. Fly it like you stole it! -
