Still when you look at it you have several ways Blacks ended up here. Captured by whites, captured by blacks, indentured servitude, came over AFTER slavery, born here. Now, can you tell me what % of Blacks came from which method? I can pretty much bet that 100% of the blacks that are in the States right now were not slaves captured, brough here, and sold here. There is plenty of work to be done before this plane can fly jumpers....It is not cheap or easy to do all this. I would not count on this DC-9 being at the WFFC..It miight, but the main hold up is paperwork. As far as I know a DC-9 has NEVER flown civilian jumpers. And if so never as a business. The hold up is paperwork. But the FAA takes a LONG time to do anything. The plane at the WFFC was a 727. Different plane and while it should not be that big of a deal...It is. There have been several listed...But I'll recap some of them for you: 1. Insurance regulations. Some insurance companies will not cover you unless you have a testing program in place, or offer lower rates if you have one. 2. Regulation from "higher". Airline employees have random drug tests since they are required by the FAA. Trucking companies have random tests since the DOT requires it. Both valid reasons.
