Screw them!!! The oldest trick in the book... you take your car in [something simple] winshield wiper motor...Then they say, "Oh, did you notice this oild leaking from your head gasket?" "You need a new motor" but... "Lucky you! we just happen to have one in stock we can give you a great deal on!" Although... Well howdy! The neighborhood is really getting better all the time! I'll drop by a bundt-cake... I'll be spending more long weekends out there at my RV, look forward to seeing ya! Ok, more to the point was it picture of you that you owned? Or a snapshot taken of you by some stranger? You have special rights to privacy if you are not a public figure, celebrity or prominent in the public eye. If your image is used in some profitable endeavor of another then you have rights and recourse. If the image is used in a damaging way, that can be substatiaed, then you again have rights and recourse, ie: given the former two points were non-concensual. Lastly, if your image is used and in a manner to be assumed as the identity of another to decieve others in the course of legal business affairs or in obtaining additional documents or contracts or other feduciary obligations (readers digest version) then well it moves from civil to criminal liability... JMO, I never had the small dz experience, In 5 yrs I never rode up in anything smaller than a king air. Ironic, but my 1st 182 ride was at SDC this past Feb... I honestly believed until then that it was there just for decoration? So cool, thanks for the pub. I want to hit a few 'small' dz's this summer... I appreciate the perks!
