Copied from the other thread The celebration of our beloved Skinnyshrek (Lee) will be at the Farm the weekend of 12/15 & 12/16. We will be honored to have Lee's parents along with his sister, brother in-law along with his uncle. Please come and celebrate a man who knew how to live. An ash dive will be made during this time.

Will Dz's renew their Group Membership?

I don't know anyone that thinks the Skyride issue is the only or even the worst issue that needs to be dealt with. -
Many times when aircraft are for sale the pictures that are published are not on the actual plane. This is to keep people from tracking down a own themselves and trying to cut out a broker. The aircraft broker market is really fucked up and I place most brokers in the same catagory as bad used car salesmen and the cellular industry. I noticed that a couple of those planes are listed as out of country. Chances are if Steve is involved he has bought a couple of planes from out of the country and hopes to sell them before he gets them here.

I get them every once in a while on Nextel

I think there might be people that give without announcing. -
You can't edit a movie like that. That's as bad as editing Pulp Fiction

Nice job cutting my left ear off, you wanker! Damn... that may be the last picture ever taken of shrek and me in it, and psycho for that matter... I'd love a print of it if you can get one for me.

Damn, I just realized, he was close to having to go back to his old user name.

Aint that the fucking truth. [cough] Skyride [cough]

I already had, sorry. No alcohol was used in the production of the above posts.

Our thoughts are with you all.

Maybe a N.S.F.W. forum.

Some jackass that worked for me tried that once. I think it worked for about two days.

Why the hell would people make all of this shit up. Think about it man.
-
Also, if you knew anything about me you would know that I have always gone out of my way to draw a clear line between the jumpers and the owners at ASC.
-
I don't see my statement as jumping your butt. Grow up.
-
Yep some of you have been around longer than myself. And whether(not weather) you like it or not USPA took it out on the wrong businesses. What did USPA accomplish? Nothing, well they did waste the money of their members. But you know, I knew you would be the first to jump my butt, you always are. I hope that you don't think that this settlement means that all is well at Skyride/ASC. USPA didn't dot their I's and cross their T's and they had to retreat. It does not mean that this action was uncalled for.

Takes a big man to point out a spelling error
-
Some of us have been around alot longer then you. We know where Skyride was born. Weather you like it or not Skyride was born at ASC. It is a shame that the jumpers today have to live under that shadow but that's the way it is. Your DZOs are crooks.

For the record I am most definitely with the "buyer beware" crowd. The laissez-faire means that the neoclassical school of economic thought holds a pure or economically liberal market view: that the free market is best left to its own devices, and that it will dispense with inefficiencies in a more deliberate and quick manner than any legislating body could. The basic idea is that less government interference in private economic decisions such as pricing, production, consumption, and distribution of goods and services makes for a better, or more efficient, economy. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Laissez-faire You seem to be awful quick to point out my perceived shortcomings, but you haven't answered my questions either. I've read many of your posts here and liked reading your viewpoint. We all have a take on things and we all have a right to state them here. Debate me on the issues...don't give me PA's or question my value system. You don't know me well enough to do that. You sir put your value system on display. Your above reference was probably valid at one time. A time when there was not a scam artist around every other corner. In todays day and time it does not hold much water. I'm not sure what questions you are talking about. Fire away.

And you're also in the "buyer beware" group also. What a surprise. Let the customer compare what? The truth to the lies that are designed to lead the business away from the true business. I guess since this is not your problem there is really no since in you being here to state your opinion.

Sorry to be blunt, but that is a messed up way to think. So you are telling me you are happy to let any wrong go as long as it does not effect you directly? Do you draw the line somewhere? Would you help someone that was being mugged or just walk off and say,"Damn, glad that was not me". I'm just trying to understand your belief structure.
