If you can't do a little reading on your own and come up with some intelligent questions, again, on your own,maybe you should come back when you are a little older. This, assuming you are not trolling. I tend to agree that if you don't care enough to read and come up with some questions, you probably won't care about the answers to the questions that are given to you. -

Thanks Jimmy for answering - so if I understand you correctly Tandem skydives in the US are technically NOT covered by the FAA in the same manner as sport skydives (paraphrased sport dives are legal but tandems would be illegal if the waiver was not in place)? If so I can understand the level of apprehension that people have expressed about others doing stupid tandem stuff. I'm pretty sure that tandems are no longer done under a waiver since the last rewrite of the FARs but I'm too lazy to look it up for you.

All the while the military and the academys have been on a 1 year cycle for how long? -

I've found that Big Band music pisses people off in the morning.

Something else to keep in mind is the people that stay up all night and make all of the noise are usually the ones who like to sleep all day. When the people upstairs had a party that went to 3 am I would be sure to clean the ceiling the next day.

We had neighbors like that at different times, both upstairs and next door. After speaking to them several times I just started beating on the wall with a baseball bat until the noise stopped and would answer the door carrying the bat.

The best Mexican food I have had in a long time was just down the street from the tunnel in Raeford.
