Well, the irony in your post, is laughable. The "we" you are referring to is most likely (in your case) to become a "them" if the US ever goes to war with Iran. You have made that clear. It is a sad irony that muslim extremists are in war with america, but if we hit hard on terrorists that are muslims, we are damned for doing so. Try for once to look at uneskewed facts of the israel-palestinian conflict, provided that you will actually see it in depth, and many issues in the middle east will come clear of an explanation.. Well, I will insist that since you are trying to qualify absentee ballots as "shady" is that you can vote that way. Anyone with an open mind, will see absentee ballot for what it is. I think it is commendable to any side of the political spectrum to remind people that the still HAVE THE RIGHT TO VOTE, even in the event of having to travel somewhere else, and not a shady tactic. On the other hand, it does democracy worse when you have one of the big contenders, trying to block the little ones on the race. That is in fact a shady tactic. Not the otherway around. If you have the time check on the absentee ballots figures on the previous elections, and you may well figure out, these facts for yourself. Darius, Maybe you have missed it, or never or heard of that before, but usually the military are the ones casting the majority of those votes, and most of them favor the GOP. I think your efforts in finding shady tactics in elections should be focusing in democrats, and their legal fight to have the libertarians, and nader off the Florida polls. IMO. If you really want to find the answers then sign up and do a tour. As a soldier you are expected to follow lawful orders without question, and get training to accomplish the mission in the type of operations expected by your unit. Those enlisted men who are trying to get the better picture are just jeopardizing the team effort of everyone else in their unit, they are not expected nor wanted to get any BIG picture at all, only "as needed" basis only. They are bad for morale. It is annoying to listen someone complain all the time about the food, etc when you are on the field. It affects unit performance and that can be really dangerous for those involved. Kudos to skyone, agreed they should stfu. Well, I guess "we have been forced fed" that Alqaeda is bad. Yes, I know it is just me that is delusional...... The only thing I should post about the IRA fighting in their land, was basically they usually target British property-land. Al-qaeda seems to just take over someone they just snap at. Let's see Nigeria, Spain, Rusia (who was not even in Iraq), Indonesia, et al. Don't get upset, you cry about them being asshole, you had a chance to apeace them by giving them what you gave the rest of your colonies, freedom and not oppresion (as maintained during the "70 years of suffering").
