There are many people in here, Iraq, that wanted the certainty of his death. As long as he was alived, the opportunity for him to be back in Govt, was a very plausible possibility in their heads, mind you after almost 40 years (counting since Baath took power) controlling this country, it is not that hard to find people who have no problems and actually celebrated his death.
