Apparently your answers always seem to miss history, most of the time. You are referring that Iraq has never been a Haven for terrorists, as if the middle east have never had issue with terrorists. There never before have been able to train any terrorists. It was freedom fighters that went to kidnap and kill innocent civilians on the Munich Olympics right? or the hijackings in the 70's and 80's? I don't see your outrage, or never have, when muslims are killing muslims. I will give you one example and you’ll get my point hopefully. There was no link between Iraq and OBL none ZERO. Iraq was not a haven for terrorist before we invaded. Now look. We always think we know the solution to all of the world’s problems but most of the time we should just mind our own business just like in Iraq. You don't hear many muslims complain about the hijacking of their religion, and how things always ends up somehow being related to the Israel-palestine conflict in this area. Not to mention how bad the arab coalition has tried and failed to exterminate a nation for close to 60 years, and unable to provide their palestinian brothers with a safe heaven, and effective support to become strong, and a productive nation. On my first time around here, I had an unfortunate event, where their camera got a permanent malfunction, fortunately, for me, they were standing right where they should not have been....lol. Our rule of thumb in combat, is that security, is first, then treatment goes after the scene is secured, much like civilian world. Your are bound by few laws to treat all wounded the same, of course, if the px is a EPW (Captured Enemy), you make sure the px is clear and that you have security with you, in case they try something on you. You can feel the training and adrenaline kicking in when it happens..... I have, rarely, but I have. Just a couple of weeks ago, at tha CASH in Anaconda, were I volunteer as medic in the ER, we had the discovery channel folks filming around. Also NBC was around there as well late January. Yet you don't see them going on patrols, when we go outside on CMO's, and treat the Iraqies, at their homes, or how hard we are going about it to make it better for them, while there are still elements trying to blow things that are there for the Iraqies.... Seems that they always wanting something sensational to report, the NBC guys, were pissed because we had a slow night at the hospital, go figure.... It's crazy at times.
